Galaxy Note 4 not booting into recovery or download mode - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. I've got Galaxy Note 4 N910H on stock 6.0.1
The phone is not rooted. I flashed TWRP on the phone via Odin, and it worked. I was able to boot into recovery, from where I wiped cache.
I've not been able to boot into recovery, or even download mode since then. I press the required hardware buttons, but the phone just boots normally.
Please help.

recovery mode not working

I have rooted my galaxy note 2 n7100 succesfully using toolkit and flashed it with twrp. But after succesfully rooting and everything else is working fine, when i try to go into recovery mode, the galaxy note II icon blinks 2-3 times and my phone reboots again. Can anyone please help me with this issue. Lots of thanks....
Try re- flashing twrp, or find another source for recovery, or return to stock and try the whole process from scratch.. I like CWM

[Solved] Unable to boot into ROM and CWM recovery

I had to restart my phone for some reason and on restarting, the phone got stuck in a boot-loop ( Samsung galaxy S3 i9300 ) text logo. I thought I'd reboot into CWM (Philz touch) and wipe to make things better. But the phone won't boot into CWM either, it showed the soft navigation keys and rebooted again, and kept running in a bootloop of trying to get into the recovery and restarting again.
So I tried to ODIN the recovery just to refresh if something is broken. It didnt work. Odin was success but the boot into recovery wasn't. I tried several times but no luck.
Then I flashed TWRP using ODIN, and voilah! i could boot into TWRP . I flashed CWM using TWRP and voilah again, i could reboot into CWM again . After thatI had to flash the ROM again though.
I do not know why it happened, but I thought I'd share the details just in case someone tries to google it.

You have to remember what exactly you have done before rebooting. Some times it happened with me mainly changing boot screen, battery screen etc.

[Q] Unable to enter recovery, Odin won't install custom recovery

Hello. I have a Galaxy Mini 2 (GT-5600d) more specific, and I installed a custom OS which the phone couldn't support well, so I wanted to turn back to my stock ROM. I found the ROM and installed it using ODIN 3.09 and the only problem I have is that I have to do a data wipe from the recovery menu. Problem is, the recovery menu is jammed for some time now. I didn't need it much before and never taught it could screw up. Seems that now I am stuck with the phone in a continuous boot loop. Any suggestions?

Recovery Bootloop Help.

Hello! My Rooted Note sm-n900p note 3 has been happy with its custom ROM, but when I tried to boot into recovery mode yesterday the recovery booting screen would pop up and then the phone would shut off and then reboot into recovery mode and then repeat the loop. The only way I can boot the phone back into its normal boot sequence is to use ODIN, flash a new bootloader (I am using OUDHS-CWM-Test-hltespr-1.0.3.6.tar) and then the phone will restart normally. The phone BOOTS FINE into its normal operating mode and works completely fine. I am trying to find a way to boot into recovery and end this weird Recovery Mode Bootloop.
I should note that I have tried to boot into recovery with CWM and Flashify to no avail. I am ready to just use ODIN to install a new rom to see if that works but I wanted to consult the pros (you guys) before doing anything potentially damaging to my phone.
Use TWRP version 2.8.7.0 and get the Odin version and flash it
