Hi there. My neo not working. When I connect in on pc stands Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 and thats all. How can I debrick it?

I think i bricked my phone (Samsung Galaxy Express 2) i think it's a soft-brick. i can't turn my device on or enter recovery or download mode, but my computer recognises my device as Quadcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. I've been searching the web for ages and i can't find anything. i hope someone can help me unbrick my phone.

I have two LGs G5, one is bricked - Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. Second one is working. Is there any way to bring first one back to life or just recover the data?
