way to make it work.
1. apply theme
2. Go to /data/overlays/jsonfiles/appiconfiles/trialjson
3.MOVE (not copy!!!) XXX.json to the folder "userjson"
4. Go back to /data/overlays and delet the folder "preferences"
5. Reboot
6. Done

Tried it on wanam+simplistic but it makes my systemui FC along with Flashbar....maybe Simplistic doesnt like it all lol.

no sadly not. it is only the launcher with orginal weather feature...nothing more...but im not the dev maybe you can ask the guy in the linked thread fo r porting some more features...the problem is that the galaxy s4 have no spen features...you must remember this

I don't think that mod includes the original weather widget. The original Accuweather Widget from S4 looks like this:

Works fine on Vertigos ASOP CM10.1 Pac ROM, just installed Highest Solution, works well, same infofields like on original Rom! very smooth....but the Keyboard (download on bottom on first post) doesnt work after flashing, it will not be recognize in system settings on my rom! But great work to developers, just in case, i use APEX Launcher Pro.....

Yes. The one of my link is Accuweather from S4 (tested bymyself)
I flashed the one from your OP and unless I'm blind I confirm that it's a themed accuweather, not the real one.

ahh ok whatever i only ywanted to share the touchwiz launcher, wich is working on cm10.1, because it is for the best experience if the weather widget isnt the original i cant answer right because im not the dev
by the way do you know something about other cool widgets from s4 ? the´re a lot more i think ?!

There is another method you can use that hasn't been mentioned here that I use to theme side bar and lock screen icons (as I don't use Sammy launcher, but would also work for it)
Using tasker and app factory, make a task to launch the app you want with the new icon, assign the icon then export as an app and install, now hide the original app icon from drawer and you now have a themed shortcut you can put anywhere you want.
Yes it's long winded and takes effort, yes you have a few more apps installed than normal, but the over all effect is nice. All icons matching and all.

Yes. Samsung has an application called Good Lock that allows to not necessarily mod but customise most aspects of One UI. Here’s the link to it (it’s only available through the Galaxy Store): https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.samsung.android.goodlock

I attached wallpaper and icon pack is called Cherry from Google Play Store! It's a free icon pack! The widget is called Vertical you have to I use Xwidgets Pro and downloaded the widget style through the app! I edited the colors of widget text to match theme!
