Sorry I've just noticed, the method in the first post is USELESS, it was letterly copied from some fake site that always assume that there is a TWRP for your device even if it doesn't have it.
I suggest you try the second link i gave you, because there is no TWRP for your phone, sorry.

It depends on the people, some developer who have the device can make it, there is a guide to create one but it needs some knowledge of Linux commands and programming, i can give the link to you if you want to try:

I saw your post...
I was going to ask you witch was your problem...
I never had bootloop issues...just sometimes the device would do that but pulling out and in the battery and starting the phone again would have solved the problem...
If you know anyway I could create a ROM from my device...even if I think it's impossible because of Android Lollipop...

I´s possible ! I´m doing it right now but will take like 4 to 5 days.
If I am able to build the rom it will work on your device.

thank you for your reply but when trying to download it's written for KI-L24 not L21
I have Micromax vdeo 2 and there's no official twrp for my device as my device not listed in the website.. So,If there's any unofficial twrp recovery please help me with it.. Or tell me if there is any other recovery available for my device..

Its not easy to root this model..iam trying since I bought it..I tried all root apps..any app didn't worked..
try to root with help of pc or just try to install twrp via adb

Like it's very sluggish. Like when I tap the power button takes like 5 seconds to respond. Same thing whenever I try to.open an app or setting takes a long delay before it responds.
