This post is for those who dropped Lenovo P780!
I want to know your reason for dropping this phone.
And here is my answer: I have dropped Lenovo P780 ONLY because of the poor space management. I owned Lenovo P780 with 4 gb of internal space. My new phone is Lenovo P1 Pro with 3 Gb of RAM and 32 Gb of internal memory.
Maybe this post is opened too late, but i want to know why and what phone did you get or want to buy.
Hope i have best feedback from you.
The sim cards stopped being detected. I wasn't able to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn't find a working link to download a recommended modem to try further.
+1 with your reason as well.
I'm using it as a backup for reading because it's screen is lightly bigger than my G2.

I'd say Meizu phones are the best of the Chinese phone lot. Meizu MX is really nice, though a tad iPhone-y.

Hello, how are. Well tell them that I'm brand new to android so I know understand, if this happen to some other thread, just let me know. It turns out that a few weeks ago to buy a mobile named: HDC Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 mtk6588 to 1.4ghz, 1g ram, 8gb rom, 16 gb sd, 8mpx cam, 2mpx front cam, 4.8 inch lcd. The truth is a great phone for me at least a passing Omnia 2 has this. The point is that as desconosco were unaware even android and I wanted to root as the play google told me he had updates for some applications, at that time I did not know use SuperSU benia already installed, and I had no better idea to follow a statute root of this type of phone, but for mtk 6575-6577. and so I did, the point is that now tells me I have 480 MB RAM and 1GB, 2GB rom and 8GB, 2GB sd and 16gb ARMv7 processor (VFPv3, Neon), and not a mtk 6588. Wifi does not work, or the camera or bluetooth, if the 3g and data. I learned to use the tool and flash recovery mode, I tried as much ROM for this type of mobile found, of course whenever with mtk6575 but the flash tool or update. zip I get errors. Firmware for Mtk6588, there is on the web at least I did not find it. It is not more to do, so I turn to you to see if there is a solution, or simply lost mobile. I have just ordered a phone for my wife - KINGELON N9800 5.7" IPS MTK6592 8-Core Android 4.2.2 Phone 13MP CAM 2GB RAM 16GB ROM. After reading about malware and other stuff on some of these phones I would like to ask if there is a way to root the phone and replace the rom, assuming of course if I was able to do that it would ensure no dodgy apps or hidden software was left on it.
I am a beginner in this field, last ROM I replaced was an HTC Hermes
Any help appreciated.

Hello people, i have Lenovo golden warrior A808T great phone, great cpu performance. I gonna sell my Lenovo and for same money i wanna take GIONEE ELIFE E7 32gb rom and 3GB ram, it's very strong phone, you get 16mp back and 8mp fron cameras, 5.5 full hd IPS screen, snapdragon 800, 3gb of ram only 150eur , best phone for the money. Only problem might be that this phone running android 4.2.2 , but recently i saw that this phone got kitkat update, some people say that they can't update due error not responding, why they can't update their phones ? same thing in my lenovo, i have rooted 4.4.2 android, and i get error then i click update. I need opinion about this phone, i saw bunch of reviews , phone overall strong and cheap.

I currently owning ZTE V5 Redbull, with CM12.1 ROM.
I am very pleased with the device, its design, its construction quality, and in general.
Despite that, I have one major problem, and it is a problem that I just can not ignore it:
Its hardware specifications is simply low (1Gb of RAM, and 4 Gb of internal storage).
This causes the device to be slow in launching applications, and navigating within them. Due to the fact that it hasn't enough storage space, I'm using Apps2SD (just like Link2SD Pro, only free, and even more features!) in order to 'link' most of the apps to SD, which slows the device even further .
Therefore, I am looking for a device with similar features, but enhanced specification.
It is important for me to have at least 2Gb RAM, and 16Gb internal storage. More features, such as NFC, IR, etc. can add to the attractiveness of purchasing.
In the meantime I found 2 reasonable options (limited myself to 300-350 $ ) for me: ZTE Nubia Z7 Max, and Xiaomi Redmi Note2.
I noticed that the Xiaomi is much cheaper (for example, $ 180 in Geekbuying, compared with to Z7 Max with a price tag of 300$ in AliExpress) and I have no idea why. I wonder also why there's no Xiaomi Redmi devices for sale on AliExpress...
I would love to know why the difference in price, despite the fact that the hardware seem to be nearly the same.
If there is another device that I need to consider in these rates - would love to hear about it.

I am sorry to inform you that you have a fake Nowa 5 pro. If you use AIDA64 Android INFO, you will see that it is actual Android 4.4.2, 2-core MediaTek MT6572, 32 Bit with 1 GB RAM and only 2 GB ROM. I bought the same Smartphone by WISH and was allso ript off. I did get my money back.
It has a fake fingerprint on the front, every finger will accept even your friends fingers. It has NO 10 cores and NO 128 GB ROM, it has a fake information page that claims that it is Android 9.1 and MTK6595 10-core. Greetings Clarence19a.

So, I have one of these, and got a refund without needing to send it back.
Are there any other MT6572 device ROMS I could try running on it, or any useful suggestions what I could use it for? The boot menu is accessible and I guess it doesn't matter if I brick it. Shame not to try and just waste the hardware, might make a decent mame client or something
The Android 9.1 on the Nowa 5 Pro is infected with trojans in the system, with can't be distroyed by malware bytes, Kaspersky and Eset.
Sent it back!!!, it is useless…. Android is Useless!!!!
