[Q] GravityBox replacement for some tweaks [Stock 7.0 rooted] - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
I just update to Android N (I knew that Xposed wasn't available). I need your help to use some tweaks I really enjoyed with GravityBox:
Long press Back Key to kill app
Center Clock
Double Tap Status Bar to screen off/lock
Long press Vol+/- while screen off to switch to previous/next track
Automatic Expand Notification
Change Lockscreen shortcut
For now, I found those things:
- Double Tap/Long press Back Button: All in one Gestures (Play Store): not working
- Double Tap Status bar to screen off:

Everything I have tried so far has worked on my G Pad. Now my tablet and phone have the exact same setup, which is kind of nice for consistency between the devices. Has anyone tried this module along with XBlast Tools? I don't have XBLast Tools yet since I'm not sure if it plays nice with G2 Xposed. I would really like to change the notification bar icon colors.
Not working, app_process can't be installed, even after several reboots.

Go through the process again. You are the only one who has had issues. Install xposed (remove and install again), activate the module in the xposed app and then customize away
I confirm, this works great on my gpad as well as my g2
Working great here. This'll do until custom roms arrive.

Could you please anyone share g pad 8.3 stock lockscreen wallpapers ?

FYI, G2 Xposed is now opened up for the G Pad in the Play Store, so you can download it directly from there. The OP might want to update the top post to reflect this.

If you followed my instructions in the OP it should already be in your app list. You have to install Xposed THEN install the G2, enable it and customize away

Works great and no need for a special kernel! :good:

[Q] WidgetLocker Toggle Icon Help

I'm looking for a way to create toggle icons for widgetlocker sliders (not touch widgets, want it in slider form).
The couple such as brightness and sound that are built in can just be changed in the theme but I was hoping someone could help with making extra working toggle icon.
For instance, widget locker doesn't have a wifi action, I can use a Tasker Shortcut to switch the wifi on and off, just need a way for the icon to change with it.
Thanks for any help to come.
Anyone?
Come on. Anyone?
Sounds simple enough but can't figure out any way to have the icon switch. There are ones for the brightness and sound, I just want to add more for the mobile data, wifi & bluetooth.
Toggle button
Hi,
Do you know if exists (or how create) a toggle boutton (custom slider ?) that would allow me :
1 / state 1 : display an icon n°1 (for the button) and launch a shortcut n°1
2 / by clicking the button, it will switch from previous state n°1 to new state n°2
3 / state 2 : display another icon n°2 and launch another shortcut n°2
It sounds simple to do (1 button toggles in 2 states with 2 icons) but can not (and yet , I spent time for)
Kinds Regards

u can find some in any of the many stores or you gotta create some yourself

Hi Tali 099 !
Thanks for the answer but ...
My many searches have done NO result for exactly what I want (often the founded buttons can launch app like GTW+, BUT not shortcuts)
I found tutorial for drawing under WidgetLocker BUT I have not found how to set 1 action for 1 state (even the iPhone button that looks like a toggle is in fact a simple one state button ...)
If you have any specific leads (app's name, etc) that do what I want, please, give them to me
THANKS
Laurent

Status bar auto expand/scroll - touch animation - querry

Hi there
When you touch/click the statusbar on a Z2 it will automatically expand itself and hide the whole screen.
I find this very annoying, especially when using apps which have buttons close to the status bar -it often happens that the status bar expands accidentally and because the screen is large, I have to use my other hand to hide it or press the back button. Anyway...
Is there any option/app/way to disable this function? so that the status bar is only scrolled down when I fully grab it and scrol it down a bit, not only press it?

What app do you use to hide navigation buttons?

Hi everyone!
I have a quick question from my daughter (she's the one using this phone):
What app do you use to hide navigation buttons? She likes capacitive buttons under the screen but this phone doesn't have them
Thanks!

As no hardware Button, we need soft navbar. But you can:
-Hide navbar depending on the app you are on.
It is called expanded desktop.
For example on launcher hide statusbar and navbar
-Use pie control to only show nav Button when needed.
It is called pie settings.
Here exemple crdroid, but dotos shall have it too.
Well, my phone, has already an option to add small 'v' symbol on the left side of navigation panel. Pressing it hides it. To show it again just swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
It is in Options > Smart Assistance > Navigation bar > Navigation bar (switch).
Thanks for such perfect reply!!!
