i have a samsung s4 mini clone and when i turn it on it freezes on the boot logo and does not go further. it just writes samsung s4mini untill it dies down. please help

my old galaxy 10.1v (P7100) can't boot, as the cyanogenmod logo keeps spinning forever...
i can boot in fastboot and download mode, but the device is not detected by adb, fastboot nor even lsusb: is it bricked?

I was trying to install SU with TWRP and after it rebooted it got stuck on the black screen with the samsung logo in the middle, can someone please help me out here? I am completely clueless on what to do. I can still access TWRP and I've tried factory resetting it but it doesn't do a thing.
