Hi,
I know its easier to post a question directly to know if someone answered, but please you can use Google to find cause.
http://bfy.tw/Ejkq
First result shows xenonhd thread and inside you LL find the cause.
Note that in almost every thread this is mentioned.
You need to be in an B350 stock rom (No VoLTE firmware! (B360, B370, ...) or below. If your stock rom is B360 or above it probably support volte, that's why you have bootloops. So you firstly need to downgrade your stock rom if you want to flash custom roms without issues.
Post from @mauam
1-Go in TWRP
1.5- Clear Cache, System, Dalvik
2-Flash your Lineage OS 14.1
3-Flash this zip file https://mega.nz/#!tK51gDRL!S9oYLBTeFDbN0hOCzt5jQ5DYECObFC08YMr-Kml6scc
4-Flash GAPPS (google apps)
5-Clear Dalvik
6-Reboot
Hope it worked for you!
(note that this is a temporary solution, downgrading to B350 like rodolphe06 said is a permanent solution)
(with this method, you can't update lineage OTA)

Magisk Manager 'error 1' error while flashing on a pre rooted Oreo rom

I am using Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (Snapdragon). Whenever I flash a pre rooted oreo based custom rom and try to flash magisk on the rom it ends up with getting an error, named error 1. I flashed using Redwolf TWRP. I have faced this issue with all these types of rom, like Resurrection Remix, AOSP extended, Linage OS 15 etc. Please help me out to get out of this issue.
same problem facing currently, please provide some solutions.

You need to use magisk and twrp for treble
TWRP Treble: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=890278863836285248
Magisk: https://downloads.akhilnarang.me/LineageOS/mido/Magisk-vcustom.zip
