New app for non-Samsung device with 6.0+ or 7.0+ - Samsung Gear Fit

This is a new app for gear fit! This app allows you to change the background, set notifications, and finally read through the whatsapp messages!
Believe me it is extraordinary! Ve highly recommend!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rendersoftware.gearfitprolittle&hl=it

Great app, but I can't change the background. It's supposed that you watch a promotional video (ad) and the application let you choose an image, but the application says than I have a problem with my connection and don't show the video, so, I can't change the background. I suppose the full app works. (I don't know).

I'm your APP users from china,if you can add some functions like gear fit manager ,it will be great。
at the last, thank you for your open fit APP!

good app

Thx for the great app. It's perfectly pairing my GFit with Xperia XA Ultra . But can you please make this app working with gear fit apps like calculator, new watch faces etc. ? Because actually it's only missing thing in this app :")

Please improve whatsapp notification, there are many little problems

Good App but WhatsApp notifications do not work very well. If that would work, I would also buy the full version.

[APP] FBM - The best Faceboook client I've used

I wanted to share an app I found. It's free on the market (there's also a donate version). It's an incredibly smooth Facebook client. It has a nice UI and notifications (with a wide range of refresh intervals). Best of all, it seems really light on battery. In my opinion, it's worlds ahead of anything else available. Let me know what you think.

Hmmm... I don't allow "anything" permissions to do anything on or with my Facebook. If you choose "Allow None" it puts you in a loop consistently asking you for the same permissions. Just not going to happen with me. I'll stick with the standard one.
Why does this app look so close to the official app? I mean REALLY close.

It's modeled after the mobile website. The official app only recently made this change.

Haha after googling the package name this is the first thing that popped up. This is actually my app so thanks!
The app FBM is just a wrapper for "touch.facebook.com" that has been tweaked and had a few additional features added. I've actually just published an update which will hopefully fix the notifications bug (which have been a bit intermittent for some users). I still have a fair bit of work to do with the photo uploading and sharing but unfortunantly due to work I don't get to devote nearly as much time as I would like to towards it.
@Cozmo1 - the permissions thing is a little annoying and one day I'll get round to tidying it up. I added that loop in when I added the "Upload Photo" feature so that I didn't have to deal with different permission sets between users. Some of the permissions are not even used such as the access data 24/7 one but when I first wrote it I thought I might use it.
Anyway, thanks for the mini-review Simba501 If anyone has any issues just PM me.
I suppose I'll give it a go. Thanks for sharing
Hi
I can not push the button for upload a picture.
Is this a bug?
Yes this is a nice Facebook app

Hovernote: Floating notepad for Tablets!

Hey guys, just found a new app called Hovernote for $.99 in the playstore:
'It's simply a note app that hovers over whatever you're doing. In a world where it's necessary to launch a full-screen app on a ten inch device to jot down three words, Hovernote is a godsend. You can have multiple notes open, copy, paste and share from them, and even use the app on phones/tablets"
The more apps like these we get, the more I can appreciate what Android brings to the table!

Very cool. I can see how this would be massively helpful for studying and taking notes from e-books.
EDIT: Here's the Play link for those who are interested:

Hey, yeah its a great app. Will do!
Thank you mjlim for creating another floating app to add to my arsenal . I bought it instantly once coming across the android police article to show my support for more floating apps (hint: I buy all floating apps )
Woot! Another floating app bought.
Really useful app, and if they keep popping at those prices I'm gonna buy all of them ^^
Read the save locally feature is being worked on... the app is looking really neat. Great work

Currently, no. I might do one in the future, but for now you can purchase the app and try it out for about 10 minutes; Google Play has a 15-minute return window in which if you don't like an app, you can have your purchase refunded (more accurately, never charged) via a button on the app's page.
great app..just purchased
It's funny how I and another person who commented on the Android Police post about the floating app library were just hoping for someone to make a floating note taking app and a day or 2 after, there we have it!
Too cool. Bought it in a heartbeat. Thanks dev!
Got this app and I love it. I works over everything, video, office, browser. Swiftkey is active on it so spellcheck is also available. Nice.
To the author;
New features that I'd love to see. A widget instead of status bar notification and direct text file save.
Thanks!
Tritium
Hi!
Just so you know, I released an update yesterday that includes:
text file read/write
window transparency
an option to turn off the notification that appears after you close the last note
I'm not too sure about using a widget, since you can only access those from the homescreen... maybe I could display a list of recently opened files in a widget eventually, though.
I've gotten some feedback on there being too many notifications, so I'll see if I can come up with some alternative means (configurable, because I don't want to force it on people) to select individual notes.

Really liking this app. Its nice being able to use this app and sending the notes to my regular note taking app. I'm liking the floating window apps that are starting to come out.

Love the app. There is a method to get it free out there but after 3-4 days (when I got paid), I bought it to support the dev.
One thing I would like to see is an option to set a default open/save location. I usually save mine to sdcard/notes/.

Thanks for buying it. I didn't include any of the licensing or antipiracy libraries because it would be inconvenient, and the app is open source anyway; I definitely appreciate your purchase!
In the last version hovernote now remembers the last folder you were in when you opened or saved a file, and that's the default next time you open the file picker.

Listfinite - beta wearable list app

I made a shopping list app that sync from your phone to your watch, I would love feedback on it because I do not know anyone other than myself that has an android wear device. The link to the app is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.justenmclean.beta.anylist&hl=en . Please keep in mind that this app is in beta and not all features have been implemented yet, as of now the watch is not syncing changes back to the phone and the watch U.I. is not awesome. The mobile part of the app can be run completely independent of a wearable device. To delete items simply swipe them off the screen, to create click the plus icon on the mobile app. Let me know if you have any questions/ suggestions! Thanks!

They will be there soon!!! And lots from my team, Infinity Watchfaces. The app submission section of Samsung is currently down because I think they are adding new device lists. As soon as it's back up, you should see watch faces start streaming in left and right. Check us out on Instagram... We will be posting many of our new faces for the Fit 2 that will be available soon. actually, when I do that, I can see the same list of 8 watchfaces which was always there before, not the new names you mentioned. Maybe related: I cannot find the spotify app either. Ah, yes - this could be a location thing. It takes time for the apps to trickle out to the different markets and they just hit in the US this morning. Another variable is the type of phone you are connecting the Gear Fit2 to. When submitting the binary files for the watch faces, we select compatible devices (aka: select all). This is what makes it show up in Galaxy Apps on that particular device. Right now it lists 62 devices - when the Gear S2 lists 126. What type of phone are you connecting to?

Just added version 1.6 with "Invert Selection" as a donation feature.
I really like how this module is app specific. Thank you for working on this for us. My only suggestion is to add some unobtrusive horizontal graphics to the list of apps. On a large tablet, the distance from the enable button to the app name, and the uniform white space conspires against accurate selection. A minor detail, otherwise the app is perfect.
Im having an issue with another app that detects flag_secure status and just closes if it's not enabled. Is there anyway to bypass this detection on android?
The application is for accessing a database of practice test questions for medical students. They are trying to protect their intellectual rights, I get that. The preparation you get from them is leagues ahead of the competition. My colleagues and I all have our own subscriptions and like to share information over messaging about what questions we thought were particularly interesting and quiz each other. However, explanations are extremely nuanced and retyping full pages or drawing diagram's, while useful, only encumbers our discussion style and risks trascription errors. Being able to screenshot small tidbits is therefor paramount.
Much appreciated and much prefer this module to others that provide flag_secure disabling.

I've uploaded version 1.7 which fixes this. It was quite tricky, but it seem to work with your app now.
The app in question polled the LayoutParams.flags every second from a Thread to make sure the FLAG_SECURE was set.
Don't forget to donate or buy me a beer or two

Thanks for your feedback, however Re-Enable Screenshot is intended to enable you to take a screenshot in apps that do not normally allow a screenshot to be taken. It is not intended for prevention of screenshot detection.
Could you add (Un)Select as well as Invert Selection?
Where are screenshots being saved to?
Screenshots work as intended by your rom or version of android. Could differ by build etc. Screenshots can be found wherever your phone normally stores them.
This one actually works. Awesome!
On Lineage OS v14.1 w/ systemless Xposed through Magisk.
