Before everything, I will explain you all J5 2016 rom and kernel development story...
Everything started in November, 2016, there was a man, called @KingRaheel started making the first two official custom roms, they were Light Stock Rom and Williams Hybrid Note 7 Rom... They were heavy and full of bugs, but on January he released L.S.R. V1.1 and he closed Hybrid project because he didnt have the device... He was working blindfolded...
I started to help him testing all he had done... Reporting bugs... But when he gave up, he gave both projects to the BIG BOSS, @GeneticEnginer he was a learner, and @KingRaheel gave him all his knowledge... After a long period of time, he released more projects and started to collaborate with other BIG BOSSES... they were @Wizardlysense @Zonik @TheWalkingSans and others...
He started workimg hard, with university exams between... But he did it, he released a lot of projects, fully working, vwry little quantity of bugs... He created his own kernel... Basically, he took the situation very very well...
After a long time... Finally he did it, he ported CyanogenMOD and LineageOS to J5 2016 devices. Then, J5 2016 community started helping him with bugs... Like incall audio (the worst one). And now, we are here, with a mega account with all the roms, and all the kernels of J5 2016 community...

Below is PhilZ Recovery, ported for the Galaxy Grand 2 (LTE variant).

Bugs:
If it boots (theoretically, it should), then the only bug is ADB Sideload.

And for people who already downloaded, PLEASE tell me if it works so I could use this to port TWRP.
Testers have reported that the recovery does not boot.
I tried and tried, but it seems not to work.
The other method (automatic building from source on Linux) is not feasible to me as I don't have enough data to get 15 gigs of sources. Data is expensive in my country.
In case I found a way to get that amount of data (i.e. nagging my dad to boredom), then I'll update this thread. Otherwise, I'll ask a moderator to shut it.

Welcome to Sadek ROM's Thread. This rom is currently being made and since I have school (HSC Course) I will have it finished when I have time. I am currently Creating the S6 themed UI from the stock lollipop rom and will soon put on the ported apks for N910G. This will be powered by the AEL Kernel (after approved by developer of kernel).
I currently am doing this at my own will, so I currently do NOT accept donations and I'm doing this as a hobby :laugh:.
Beta to be released on 1st on May, if not, maybe earlier. :fingers-crossed:

Yeah haha . This will also be my first rom. I will be more about theming the rom with the UI and S6 apps, and hopefully getting the rom optimised in terms of performance and battery life in future updates.

This build is similar to the other 64bit cm12.1 build from other developers. So what is the difference in this build ?
this is the first ever rom made by me. I have self tested it.

basically you should set static ip address then your good to go.
in order to get your IPv4 address simply type "ipconfig" in windows command prompt.
to get along with blank screen bug you should clean up your ram everytime so apps will get restarted. enjoy!

Great little rom lovely work on this and nice kernel too.Everything up and running with my apps on and no problems.Nice sound no lagging and pretty quick.Just give a little time for rom to boot and time to cool but after that is superb.Great work developer and others who contributed.Really nice.

Anyone wanting to know the performance of this rom no worries.It is up there with the best TW roms.Attached is the Antutu score an amazing result considering cpu is maximum of 1190mhz.This testifies how great the kernel in this rom is.Just give the rom 12 hours or so for everything to settle.I had 9 hours deep sleep with phone before testing it this morning.
