After talking to wmdirk (and because I no longer use Androkkid), I've decided to change this first post. wmdirk's widgets will not be updated here but on his webpage http://sites.google.com/site/wmdsoft/home. He seems to be the only one currently making widgets for Androkkid, and he is very successful in doing so. But some of the widgets are not free, and I didn't want to mix the free and the commercially available in one list. However, this thread will still be used by wmdirk to answer questions regarding his widgets, and to announce new ones.

Installing:
Unzip the files to the Widget directory and Androkkid will automatically detect the widgets. Then holding on the desktop, click add, then widget, then select it, and ok and they should show up on the desktop.
Skinning:
The widgets can be skinned by changing the background image - bg.png in the gfx directory. However, it's important to keep the same size as the original, otherwise the font won't show well.
Perhaps I´m too stupid, but how do i install these widgets?
I had a look at the androkkid discussion, but don´t find a solution.....

No, you are not stupid, I'm the one who was sloppy and forgot instructions.
You should just unzip the files to the Widget directory and Androkkid will automatically detect it. Then holding on the desktop, click add, then widget, then select it, and ok.
The weather widget has a settings menu you can reach by clicking in the top half. Not all the settings have an effect yet. Clicking lower on the widget, should refresh, but I'm not sure that's working yet. Also I forgot to delete a debug message. Will try and upload a new version today.
Wether widget updated in first post (messages used for debug purposes have been removed).
Also updated information re installation and skinning.

Here is a Weaher Widget I have been working on. I have beased it on Titanium Weather. I shoukd have it ready in a couple of days for some testing. It depends on how my time permits. I plan on having the next 4 days forecast in the empty area in the middle.

Having problems finding information on how the widget interfaces with Androkkid and need some example code. A simple "Hello World" widget would be useful and would provide a springboard for creation of new widgets.
Failing that some source code of any developed widget to date.

I'll try to have a new version of the weather widget with the source code later today, and I'll have some more error testing to try and prevent crashes.
It is important though to be connected to the internet when installing the weather widget or changing the location.
In order to test the weather codes, you can put the following in your browser's adress bar:
http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=UKXX0085
and it should give you the same weather forecast I'm using in the widget
hgWeather updated with source.
The weather is updated from the Yahoo RSS weather feed.
It will show the current and next day's forecast. You can add several widgets to use for several cities.

It would be great if other people could improve on this widget.

Just tried with weather code UKXX1730 it has updated and allows me to add to the page but i am only seeing the bottom half of the image you have provided plus if i change the temp to c instead of f it still shows farenheit temperature.
im not sure how others feel but ideally i would like to add a weather widget to my homescreen along with the clock and a row of priority icons or have a small icon sized image which when clicked on brings up full details

Are you using the version posted yesterday? Because with the latest version, when I change from f to c or opposite, it changes temperature. But you need to be connected to the internet when changing from temperature unit.
When you say only the bottom shows, what parts are showing? City? Current weather? Next day's forecast?
Sometimes you have to click several times before it properly updates from the internet.

Yes, that has been my goal too, but I'm having some problems with the forecast rss, so I'm giving it a rest for now. But the code is there so maybe someone else wants to give it a try? I would also like to have better support for different cities.
Otherwise, you could use the transparent version, set the color of the code to the same as the background, and then you would only see the icons.
If i have time i create the top bar widget to add TopBar in Android with widget and not in Androkkid directly.
Or if anyone want create it i think this is a good widget for all.

OK. So I have finished the initial release of GORAPSWeather Widget for Androkkid. This is my first Androkkid Widget so please bare with me.
First all the credit to ssj5trunks for such a great app and the source code to the Hero Clock widget which I used as the code base for this widget.
Second thanks to Showaco for his Titanium Weather which I used as the weather base for this widget.
Note: This widget requires Mortscript.
Installation and Setup Instructions
1) Downlad and unpack GORAPSWeather.zip
2) Open GorapsWeather.mscr with a text editor and make the appropriate changes to the two variables: location and units.
- Change location to the accuweather.com location code for your location.
If you need to find your code go to www.accuweather.com/m and search for your city. Then you will see the location code in the URL. It will look something like NAM|CA|ON|MARKHAM.
- Change units to C or F.
3) Save your edited script.
4) Copy the GORAPSWeather folder to the Androkkid widgets folder on your phone.
5) Execute the click on the GorapsWeather.mscr in a file explorer to initialize the values. If you don't do this and add the widget it will crash Androkkid.
6) Add the widget to your Androkkid desktop. Clicking on the widget will update the weather data.

Features of GNote
1. Multiple widgets which remains even after reboot. Widgets are updated as soon as the corresponding note is edited.
2. Multiple pages with easy navigation
3. Update existing widgets note
4. Simple toolbar which can be hidden.
5. Notes Gallery for managing notes. (image of the first page of the note is shown in notes gallery)
6. Notes Gallery - Multiple notes can be deleted.
7. Images from gallery and camera can be added to the note.
8. Settings - option to disable back key
9. Settings - option to disable finger touch.
10.It remembers last used pen and eraser settings and uses the same when the app is launched next time.
11. Very smooth and does not lag.
12. Clicking on the title bar of widget opens a new note
13. Clicking on the body of the widget opens the note corresponding to the widget.
When I tried it however long ago (doesn't seem to have been updated), it didn't have calibration settings. As a lefty, kinda worthless.
Edit, does have left handed check box, but prefer setting exact calibration offset in memo beta app by Nathan garside, this check box still leaves it wildly off.

Hey everyone. A few weeks ago I bought a xiaomi phone (Redmi Note 4) running MIUI 8.1.6.0. One of the first things that I wanted to enable was the hide sensitive notification on lockscreen. What I mean is that when the device is locked you get a notification on the lockscreen and it shows the content of the message. For example If I received a WhatsApp of my dad it would show Whatsapp from dad: Buy bread. What I wanted was to hide that it was my dad and the content, so it would show 1 new whatsapp message. For some reason you can't do this from MIUI settings, but after browsing the deep web I found a way to do this, and MIUI does have this feature but it is hidden. What I found is that If you download the app called Floatify and acces the help section and click on “Disable native android notifications on lockscreen“ it shows a MIUI menu that lets you choose beetween: Show all notification content, Hide sensitive notification content and Don't show notifications at all. This is what I was looking for. This keeps on working when you unistall floatify so it is a miui setting for sure. MY REQUEST IS: Could anyone please create a simple app or shortcut to acces this settings? I think it would be easy cause you would just have to see how floatify does it and copy it. This is already available on Redmi note 4 (MIUI 8.2.10.0). Have you tried Settings>system & Device>Notification and status bar>App notifications>whatsapp and switch off lock screen notifications. There will be no need to download third party app.

I am using MIUI version 8.5.4.0. To hide sensitive notification,
GoTo Settings -> LockScreen & Password -> Advanced Settings -> On the lock screen, Choose "Hide sensitive notification content"

Is there a way to show ONLY the sender for whatsapp notifications but not the content, like in the iphone 'hide sensitive info' option ?
The given options here work but I would like to know the sender for all messages to choose if I want to unlock the phone to see the message or not, depending on the sender.

I tried this app, having used Weather Underground for the last couple of years. I found the interface of Today Weather to be much nicer looking, but I had a few issues which drove me back to Weather Underground.
1) The temperature graph on Today Weather is nice, but I missed the graph from WU, as well as the graph of rain chances over the next week.
2) The top two things I use a weather app for are looking at the forecast and looking at the current radar. Today Weather buries the radar at the bottom of the screen and you can't move it, plus....I just don't know. Is that really radar? It looks like no other radar I've ever seen. I certainly didn't trust it for accurate data. Plus, THIS is the thing that you have to pay for the premium version to get?? I paid it, and I was very disappointed.
3) This is perhaps trumped by #2, but I love that WU provides a radar widget.
4) Furthermore, I wish that the available widgets (which also looked great) had a bit more data.
Today Weather seemed to be primarily about looking nice, which it accomplishes astonishingly, and secondarily about giving you weather in multiple cities. As someone who spends 99.9% of my time in one city, that's not an important thing to me. If I traveled more, maybe...

Really liking the app and have unlocked with the IAP. Probably my only feedback is that the various sources for forecasts don't align with the official forecast issued by the Bureau of Meteorology here in Australia, they are all off by one or two degrees.
purchased the app. overall, I really like it..the look, information provided. The one thing I would like is a better radar. Live in an area with severe storms and it is very important to watch radar to see which way the storm is moving to know if you need to take shelter or not...Please add a better radar...thank you for a beautiful weather app.

Purchased it a while ago already, really like it.
The only thing that annoys me is the temperature in the notification bar. At some point, it just stops updating and I have to click on it to open the app and only then it updates. For everything else, it's all good!

It"s a bit jerky and i noticed that the weather radar
does not keep data for offline mode ?
For me it's a big help and saves time , if during the day ,
I have to quickly refer back to weather radar (whilst in offline mode )
only to find no info available ?

Great app, any chance of a mini refresh button in the widgets or a update interval section in settings? Like a previous user stated, sometimes the widget doesn't update.

it is only me? I cant get app working in China, it even not start, it load just with vpn. leaving a part gmap for radar, it should work same as all others app I have cause it is using same sites for forecasts .

I am a great lover of custom ROMS and mods have recently flashed this R.R Rom in my device and have found some issues tgat I request to fix them :
1) Cant get updates in Rom
2) Issue to switch between tge colors of Status bar icons while chanhing screen ( Black on Black and White on White - Sometimes)
3) Catching less Signal and Data keeps turning off/on (spmetimes)
4) Fingerprint sensor first gives sound then unlock screen.
5) Cant root phone using any of the Android and Windows Software (Please, Help me with this).
Even tried using Developer Options, No use.
6) Phone hangs while opening apps (Manytimes)
7) Transparency in some elements of some apps. For eg: I could see whatsapp content from the clock app and in Gboard while typing, i could see home screen elements.(10% Transparency-I think)
8) Phone overheats when kept Ideal (Sometimes).
9) MY HUMBLE REQUEST- I WANT A APP THAT IS JUST SIMILAR TO MIUI SECURITY ONE -WITH APP LOCK, HIDE APPS, DATA MANAGEMENT, CLEARNER, ETC PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
10) A Way to convert user apps to system apps.
11) When Screen is locled I can hear two sounds of locking screen. ( Very Annoying).
12) Battery Darins very Fast (Generally)
13) Play Store Launchers are slow to load desktop screen.
14) Face Unlock is working but I cant see an icon on lock screen, related to face unlock , For eg - Try again, couldnt find, etc.
15) Picture in Picture not working in any app except Google maps.
16) AudioFX app hangs a lot.
17) Could see some traslucent or Border lines everwhere on Screen ( Please help with this).
18) Bluetooth Icon is grey on Status bar
19) Need- A Preinstalled app which could delete system apps and convert the newlg installed to a system app.
20) An app which takes full backup of system, such that, it includes data, media, rom, apps which are made system apps, etc
Please Develpers ( GOD For me :laugh: ) , I request you all to solve these issues and give me suggestios if it is not an issue. Please please, my humble request.
