Latest update running like a dream on my angler. Much appreciated Frankie! One of the smoothest 6p roms out there.

Anyone having issues with SU? I have flashed my Super User zip twice now and installed PHH from the market and Im still getting errors with detecting Super User. Just wondering if anyone else is having issues. Thanks.

Glad you worked it out.

Downloading now. Before I go ahead and flash, has anyone been able to get Magisk to work? I randomly like to get on Pokemon Go...
Edit: Yup, it works. Now I'm getting a message saying I need to install "Omni Gallery App" to set a wallpaper. I have the pixel launcher installed, as I fell in love with the pill and the weather right there on the home screen. I set it as a system app. I've searched online for the app, but haven't seen anything recent.

I flashed Franco Kernel, as I have the paid app and I love the profile settings that I can change on the fly with the widget. It has a high brightness mode which is fantastic for being out in the sun.
This rom is super responsive. I've always had the S.I.X. theme installed, and now I have the rom to go with it. Only things it's missing is... Omniswitch included and the battery bar needs a gradient effect, and for 8 QS in a row instead of 7. All of which aren't necessary...but for aesthetics.
I was able to install Omniswitch via flashable zip and set it up as my recents in Smartbar, although whenever I activate it, it pops up the omniswitch app real quick then opens the recents on the right like it should.
I did have one forceclose during setup for "Wakeblock", but it hasn't popped back up and I opened the Wakeblock app and everything is fine so I think it was just cause of the freshness.
I tried the included launcher to use a SIX wallpaper but received the same error, so I just went back to Pixel.
Anyway.. Either way... Great rom, definitely a daily driver. My gripes are just my own for pure aesthetics. The rom functions perfectly.

OK. Strange. I just wiped system, cache, and dalvik. Flashed this ROM and gapps....rebooted and did not have to run titanium backup.... Everything was already there. Almost like a dirty flash, but it wasn't. But I like it
Sent from my Nexus 6P using XDA-Developers Legacy app

Hi @Subham,
I just clean flashed the ROM, but just after the Google Setup Wizard, done with OpenGapps dated from today (May, 5th), I'm unable to get a homescreen, stuck on "Android is starting" with a progress bar. I can just go to settings since I can pull down the notification panel.
Steps I did:
-Wipe everything;
-Install the ROM;
-Install OpenGapps;
-Reboot
Do you know where it could from ?

This is just awesome..thank you frankie your rom is boss, we all missed it.. continue doing the good work mate.
I didn't use this ROM until now, but I want to give it a try in 3 hours from now, so, guys, honestly, what makes this ROM different, compared to the other "big" ones: RR, PN, Vanilla, Nitrogen...?
And kindly please let me know (from your experience using this ROM) your recommendations regarding the kernel, Viper and some other goodies that match the best with this ROM.
Thank you.
Been a while since I've been here.....but now it just got real!! Welcome Frankie!!

Good stuff! You rock, bro! Glad to see the thread is up!
Hi @MZO,
I just read the Recent View tweaks, but didn't see the fact that you could enable Lock App in Recent View, to prevent app to be closed when pressing the Close All button | floating action button: would it be possible for you to implement it ? Lineage just did it this week, in the android_framework_base; here the three commits:
Support recent task locking
Animate icon when locking a task
SystemUI: allow user to dismiss a locked task by swiping it away manually

Sound App fix : https://drive.google.com/file/d/10nbtf9-oi0K1I6LbubVeaeLQq_VAUMEF/view?usp=drivesdk
Hello guys so after a long back and forth I decided to go official.
Thanks to @Feinzer for his great tree and kernel.
Bug that i know of !!!! the sound app fc when selecting an option. to fix this use Viper gapps in the link above and disable "google sound" update in the playstore.
other than that, the rom seems good. Enjoy
Some Havoc wallpapers that I made https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1-Ldy-dFCygqEZsUeLJiiKTeDi4jkXLTO

Bacon doesn't support it.
Finally, my preferred rom came official! ?
With lineage I had some random reboot.. Does this rom have the same problem?

Not one random reboot yet on my device.
Hi,
Really a great ROM, thanks.
The only issue I'm having is with the sound picker, I'm not able to change the alarm sound because it seems there's no app for this.
Bye

Guys, please let me know what the battery life is like. Do you get fast drain when using the phone or is it ok. Thanks

It seems OK, a full charge should last 2 days (estimated)
All night in aero mode and battery saver took 2% which is usual and OK for me
Bye
*job.delay* and *job.deadline* Wakelocks draining my battery, I lost 20% overnight battery.

In standby mode for the day 30-50% of the flow. This is a lot. The battery is new, original.
Nice OS - clean and smooth and no bloat!
Only one issue so far - incoming SMS doesn't work - essentially no matter what app you use - you can only send but messages sent to you don't seem to be coming in or recieved at all. Any ideas what can be done to fix this? I have installed the Viper Gapps linked on teh first page
