I didn't see anything about volte when I looked through the csc files.

Yes, download is corrupt. What makes you think it's not nougat?

why would i lie to you ? it's real nougat firmware , it's posted on sammobile and updato and i'm not the uploader i just posted here.i'm flashed UAE firmware on my device it's working well but i don't flashed INS firmware, i can't test every firmware i posted here. i think it's corrupted while downloading .if you can post SS here.

i flashed 1st one (UAE) and it's nouget. 2nd one (INS) same as 1st one with different csc with volte,look at here on sammobile.
Ok i got it wrong but any way 1.53gb on extracted itz error if u have rom then upload to drive or Dropbox

sry my connection too slow now after i download 1st time UAE firmware i open it with win rar and drag and drop files to same drive but i got error while extracting cuz my C drive is full, don't drag and drop try right click on file and click "extract files" and select drive and click ok.

People were soft bricking their mobile..
So i'm introducing auto pre root script for our mobile only...
You can pre-root any firmware of GT-S5282..

Intsructions(UPDATED):
***EXTRACT THE DOWNLOADED .ZIP FILE TO HOME FOLDER AND PASTE THE SYSTEM.IMG FILE OF THE FIRMWARE YOU WANT TO PRE ROOT**
SOME WERE REPORTING THAT THE SCRIPT WAS GIVING PROB WITHOUT SYSTEM.IMG WHAT THAT SCRIPT GONNA DO MEANINGLESS??
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION..
1).First and for most you should be having linux ubuntu any version.
2).You should be running as a root(Optional) user.
3).Extract the contents of the downloaded file to your home folder.
4).Then open terminal and type:
sudo chmod +x Auto-pre-root-GT-S5282.sh
bash Auto-pre-root-GT-S5282.sh
5).Let the script do it work And just wait for the output file.
6).Finally you will get a .tar file.
7).Flash that tar file via latest odin.
NOTE::::: This script runs only on linux!! | Anybody interested to port this script to their mob FEEL FREE TO EDIT THE SCRIPT IT'S OPEN SOURCE :good:
Edit only one command will help in porting,
" sudo ./make_ext4fs -s -l 800M -a system pre_rooted_system.img ~/system/ "
Just change that 800M to your system.img size i pressume..

My phone is gt s5282..i downloaded all the files and placed them in a folder and extracted the 1st file..then i went into download mode via hotkeys on my phone and flashed the prerooted firmware via pda on odin..it flashed and rebooted but all i cud hear was the sounds..cud see nuthing (((((((((...my phone is updated to the latest kernel

The official firmware on sammobile still being g4 for india and i think g7 is just minor bugs fixed.
u might wanna wait for g8 (or flash any other g8 version). i believe it has update for driver since the version of CSC is updated.
EDIT: i found that ind firmware got NH3 update refer to this post

At Sammie, things go like: low- or mid-end device is released with version X (old ver.), releases version X (a major build, like JB to KK or JB 4.1.x to 4.2.x as in the Grand 1).
The only exception is the rangr of high-end devices.
At Google-Motorola, The Moto ? line is all flagships. Not in Sammie, where the Grand family is a third world release to make a little more profit. You don't see them in the States.

Got a new Update for grand 2 in india
Got a new update for indian version grand 2 g7102 see the screen shot (ver: G7102DDUBNJ2)...the update is about 123 mb only available through ota & not through kies yet.... but after this update the logo when we switch on the phone has changed it shows some thing written in the below as powered by android ,the first thing I noticed now in this update is the front camera bug has been rectified the 1:1 mode....
You forgot to mention the KNOX now installed as an application as well. It does not allow any screenshot to be taken within the app nor the terns and conditions.

This is not a custom ROM
It is a PreRooted Stock ROM, You can try to do hard reset, And if not done then just reflash your phone with any Stock ROM

I get a Chameleon has stopped fc after i click us english at beginning of start up. Sms doesnt work. I have signal but no data. I also get playstore error when trying to install .

I can sms with wifi on but doesnt work when wifi is off. Looks like you need more apn files.

Mms doesnt work at all not even with wifi on. So sms only works with wifi on. I can make calls and playstore doesnt work.

Or try entering in a new apn called sprint lte (if you google it the first thing that comes up has it, im having issues linking to websites on my phone on the mobile xda site). Idk about the play store error though.

I will test today. Have to reroot and reflash twrp first since i could not do it yesterday thanks to power outages every 15 minutes here in new england. But the bluzzard is on its way out and we havent had a power outage in about 8 hours.

Welp. so much for messing with it. I installed the rom and signed in to google and samsung apps. Google play worked for me. I did get data but no sms or mms. i didnt even flash the fix i linked earlier yet. So I rebooted and flashed the fix and when i booted it back up system ui was force closing itself repeatedly. I can see this being an amazing rom, just gotta work out these bugs. which we are getting closer to.

Part I - How to Flash
As Your Upgrading to MM now So First we are gonna start with EFS backup of your 5.1.1 rom
Use this awesome app by wanam Efs Backup
my suggestion is you take your efs backup once you booted fine on 6.0.1
1. Backup essential apps with Titanium Backup (* Do NOT backup system apps or data , the things listed in red
2. Make a nandroid backup via recovery (optional)
3.Reboot to recovery , under wipe mark , System , Data , Cache and Dalvik-cache and wipe
4. Now to update Bootloader/Modem choose the recommended one from thread and reboot your phone to download mode
5. Place the Bootloader.tar.md5 file in AP tab of Odin and unselect Auto-reboot option from left side and click on start , wait for it to complete
Once that's completed, remove the cable from phone and remove and reinsert battery , and then power on with volume up + power button to boot into recovery
6. Now from recovery flash the ROM zip ,and just wipe dalvik and cache once more
7.Now you can reboot ; You need not flash kernel or anything else because everything is bundled inside ROM
... Thats It...

I think it wont work on F variant for sure...you can try anyway...but tehre is very slight chance due to bootloader and modem part...

I think this one is real kernel, modem and bootloader from 910G which modified code, flashingggggggggggg
but got error with odin 3.10.7, [1] eMMC write fail: APHLOS , already wiped all in recovery.??
