Volte is more of a carrier feature..
For the next updates, please remove root at the time of installation. Leave it as optional, since some in the apps of the play store do not take root.

Flashing instructions:
1. You must have at least 1GB /system partition (Here is a good tutorial)
2. You need a recent version of TWRP (I use TWRP 3.0.2-1). The TWRP thread is where you can find the recovery plus links to Isorec(please read if you don't understand how it works)
3. Clean flash is recommended(wipe system, data, dalvik/art cache, and cache) Make sure you backup what you need beforehand.
4. Install ROM, Gapps(optional), and addonsu(if you want root access) from downloads section in OP
5. Reboot and wait for 5-10 minutes.

Yes, it's very nice, but very poor customization options and I don't like the launcher and I want cLock (on lockscreen too). Trebuchet is better for me. If the rom will have much customization like RR os AICP, it will became my favourite rom. Thx for the hard work.:good:

I actually really like it as well. The dark theme option reminds me a bit of "The real dark slim" of slim on kitkat. And all the customizations are all I need. It might be my new favourite N rom.

Usage
I have been using this ROM since more than one week, very stable, no particular issues to highlight. The bluetooth icon seems is not working properly (is always grey), but bluetooth transfer works indeed. Battery usage is difficult to estimate since it depends from the smartphone usage, installed apps etc, so it's hard to give an unbiased opionion: in my case is comparable to Lineage 14.1 ROM. I like it most because it's more configurable and very fast. Keep up the good work.

Volte and LTE working? For me it isn't working.
Big difference between other ROMs and this one in my limited testing is Home, Back etc.,. buttons are disabled and instead onscreen buttons come up.
Go to settings > venom > system > navigation button and hardware key and turn off navigation bar. Your buttons will work and yupp VoLTE is working.
Thanks for the ROM. I tried this ROM as well as many others. I have two SIMs one is Jio and other one is Airtel and both are presently in Roaming. If I put only one SIM then LTE works fine. But if Airtel SIM is also used, then LTE is not working. This is happening in all the ROMs. But in MIUI ROM LTE works along with Airtel SIM.
I dont have any other local SIM or SIMs other than Airtel SIM to see whether this is just with Airtel and Jio combination. I haven't come across any problems with LTE from others. I tried on two Redmi 2 Prime mobiles and the problem happens on both.
Trying right away , guys will post a review after some hours

You can, but to be sure, use TWRP from Lineage 16 thread and clean flash (usually, wipe system, data, dalvik and cache before installing this ROM) is recommended. Dirty flashing may work but may not as optimized as clean flashed phone.

Same as other Oreo and Pie based AOSP ROMs, Marshmallow Bootloader required. Having Lollipop bootloader may result to bootloop or may not boot at all.

When I drag to open the list of applications, when I scroll sideways or when I close an app, the animation gets stuck, how can I solve this? I did not want to have to disable the animations. the rest is all very good!

stock camera never worked good for me, try google camera from thread.

Do you mean that the ViperOS source if compiled for other phones (eg Pixel, Oneplus etc.) that has VoLTE working?

Yes, though our op2 is considered volte phone, so the feature it's there but broken.
I don't know if the volte option shows up on a phone without volte(for example OnePlus One) but I'm almost sure it does, just like some roms fingerprint settings present on phones without fingerprint sensor.

finally it's back.
The only thing missing for me is
-holding power button to turn flashlight on
-automatic face unlock
BTW I love this info in the notification shade.

Specifically PUBG.
And Does it Have Thermal Profiling?

I can't add XiaomiParts/Doze/Dirac, but I'm planning to implement AOSP Doze Gestures. Auto Face Unlock i'll not add, it has security problems.

I don't play PUBG so I don't know... It doesn't have a Thermal Profiling.
The Thermal Control works independently

I saw some roms on restart was able to bypass the pass use input and recognize fingerprint. Does urs happen to have that or will you be implementing it?
Enabling always on display turns off display totally. The only way to wake it up is a reboot.
