You have to make up your own mind, but the AOSP Builds from Vova Vafin are very good. Also try Aurora ROM which is CM based
Cm based rom and aosp based rom

MM version from Bule is stable enough for daily use, have try that for 3 days but downgrade to Miui, because i like my skinny Miui better

it is four months later now and I have the same question.
The only nougat Rom that I can find where the links are not down is Carbon rom: https://forum.xda-developers.com/xp.../7-x-x-carbonrom-cr-5-1-t3654983/post73366517
I would love to try nougat aicp. Could anyone please upload aicp nougat?
