Try to access the page through Chrome -> doesn't work ("ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED").
Terminal + 'ping' command -> doesn't work.
https://www.site24x7.com + 'https://aosgp.org/' -> doesn't work.

You can check in sources if those elements are present:
-If yes, ROM ships with HAL3;
-If no, no HAL3.

The rom is pretty smooth and stable, haven't faced any main bugs as of now, will continue to test and report

The Kernel Source and Device tree are both linked to Official LineageOS git.
I guess the source code is yet not synced to git.
