I got you later tonight as I was going to do this anyway as a part of trying to install Edge on Server 2016 using the Add-AppxPackage PowerShell script for DISM. Not wasting FLOPS on Windows Update and couldn't find a untouched .iso or .esd torrent of 1703 so it'll be from the latest Windows Insider build because I have access to that but not MSDN at the moment, I hope that is OK? I know you can download final versions of 1703 officially but it requires a license and I only have licenses for server editions and earlier versions of the client OS.
I will not post the extracted packages here as I am pretty sure this is all in violation of XDA TOS so anyone else interested should PM me here on XDA.
p.s. I'm also going to extract the Windows Store app...

Impossible. Except you have one of the following phones: Lumia 520, 521, 525, 620, 625, 720, 820, 920, 925, 928, 1020 and 1320
In this case you can use the Mass Storage mode but this is impossible on Creator's Update and later and requires a unlocked bootloader wpinternals.net

Happened the same in other post (that no one answer anything to a question with many many views). But I can answer to you, and everyone who finds this thread in a future by searching to solve the same issue.

The project of this software looks like abandoned, but many people still waiting to get an update since many time ago if our bro Heathcliff take it on again soon. Wish to get soon at least one with compatibility with new W10M updates.

Hey folks,
I tried now a lot and i already avoid my warranty of my new Huawei Y6 (2017), because I have already successfully unlocked the bootlocker (with adb fastload and the pin).
I already tried the Kingroot Computer and also the App Version in different App Versions. I also followed many instructions to root my device, but it don´t work.
So what i want to do is to recovery my apps via Titanium Backup (so i need root ).
My device, before the Huawei, was a Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo and there was no problem for me to root it.
The Problem is, that I have the new device of the Y6 (2017 Version):

I got a L11 model, (MYA-L11) I saw there's L11 and L41 model (doesn't matter anyway I believe...)
I've successfully unlocked the bootloader, but no working twrp found!!

Alright, nevermind, that Dropbox link came out from an "android blog" which seems a bot that posts random tutorials... That's why it's fake.
This phone was launched a few months ago already, it's a pity there's not a working twrp available yet.
I've not enough knowledge to make it for myself, hopefully someone is as kind as to help us with this task.

Flashed this Russian version on my y6 2017 MYA-L11 and managed to change language to english but cannot find version of SuperSU that will successfully root the device, it keeps failing when extracting ramdisk! Any suggestions?

Use magisk
It is extract, but can't mount su.img from "data" to patch Selinux, coz su bin files in this image (su.img). U must change install place to "cashe". In su updater-script. Ather that boot image can be patched(Selinux). It's not at all. Then su.img need to be copyed in "cashe" from "data" after every reboot. Autostart script can do it... it'll be systemless root.
For system root it is need to patch boot, do it permissive mode... and take my installer, replace my boot to ur patched boot.

I have an issue with my redmi note 4 (global version). I used an app, hidden settings apk to try and adjust the band so I could use another network on it. Now my sim 1 has stopped working ever since and the app has no way of resetting to default. Please is there a way I can resolve this and get my phone working again.

I have flashed a rom but the phone detects the Sim but I can't make calls or receive calls when the sim card is inserted to SIM 1.

When you say stock rom, I believe you mean MIUI official rom. If that is what you mean then that's what I flash through fastboot. The phone could not recognise my sim but after flashing it recognises it buy I still can't make or receive calls or text.

Stock room means the rom that came preinstalled from the developer. The one that hasn't been updated.

Thanks. You said Stock rom, I thought u said it is the rom (i.e the version of rom) the phone came with that I should flash. I earlier flashed through fastboot and the screenshot I showed you is the ROM. Is there any difference in the one you dropped?

I downloaded mine from MIUI website, en.miui.com.

MY CASE
I always keep two phones with me like one for my experiments and one as a backup. In this case I'll be talking about my LYF WIND 3 that got bricked.

So my phone uses a Qualcomm CPU so i just guessed I'll flash it again.
*After Intense Googling*
I found this software QFIL (Qualcomm Flash Image Loader)
I downloaded this file and the drivers for my device. *Google it you'll find for yours too*
Then I downloaded the Stock Rom for my device *Google it again*
Now I just went over to Flat Build in that software and loaded the firehose file and the rawprogram.0 and Patch.0
Now I had just put my device in Download Mode (Volume Keys and Power Key)
Connected via USB and it detected it and then just clicked on DOWNLOAD
It takes about 5 minutes.
After this your phone gets good as new (Unroot, Full Reset)

I just finished the install of Android Pie in the USA the beta program is live and update only takes about 10mins

So I'm looking in the Samsung + app and dont see the signup page. I'm on Verizon.

Just joined and it's downloading now.
Some tips for others, open Samsung+ & join the beta program, then go to settings and software update on the phone (not in Samsung+ app) and manually check for updates.
Worked for me on an unlocked Note8 on Verizon network

Go check for the update in settings. I flashed the unlocked firmware to my T-Mobile note and received it. If flashing the unlocked firmware make sure you flash the csc file and not home csc. That's the mistake I initially made. But after flashing with the regular csc I unregistered and re-registered. Then the update came right away.
Anyone able to grab the update .zip?

I flashed XAA unlocked on my SPRINT G955U. I think that is the mistake. Now I am downloading the unlocked Sprint firmware. Hope to get beta by using CSC file in patched odin.

What version of the Samsung+ app are you using that shows the beta? I'm running 10.21.2.0 on a N950U1 and am not seeing the beta registration option.

Thank you! I checked the Play Store and wasn't getting the updated app. I signed up for the beta version of Samsung+ and was able to get the registration link.

Ok cool. But if do that will all LTE features still work as intended? Does anything get broken?

No it doesn't break anything. All the US Note 8s are identical hardware-wise. They all support the same bands.
The only thing you will lose is WiFi calling and VoLTE (unless you're on T-Mobile).
You can search for and find the N950U1 files easily. SamFirm is just the easiest and fastest way to do it.
