Please note: Neither I nor Team OctOs are responsible for anything bad that happens to you or your phone after flashing this rom. However, if something good happens, then we will be more than happy to take full credit
These are unofficial builds, so there will be no guarantee that I will get the latest update out on friday with the official builds. I will try to stay close to friday releases as time allows, though, so that the changelogs listed on their site make some sense.
Please note that OctOs does not come rooted so that you can use whichever root zip you prefer.
Special thanks go out to Team OctOs for all of the time they spent putting together this rom.
Features:
Substratum rootless theme engine support (must install Substratum from play store)
Tentacles settings!
Pixel Launcher Included
OmniSwitch
Power menu options
Screenshot
Screen record
DPI settings
Status bar time and date options
Status bar network traffic indicator
Status bar notification settings
Quick tile settings
Volume button playback control

Screen record
And much more!!!!
Install notes:

Nice to see OctOs still being maintained ?

I'm just glad I can keep this great ROM moving forward for bacon.

I really appreciate the vote of confidence , but being official maintainer isn't for me. I'm happiest when I can build on my own terms instead of feeling obligated to because I'm official. I'm sure that's mostly just me, though, because I've talked to quite a few real devs (those who actually code, not just compile like I do) and they've never made me feel that way. They're all amazing and generous people who have my utmost respect.

The 6/23 build is up. Enjoy!

Looks good. Just downloading it now on a painfully slow connection.
I've literally just got my Nexus 6 today so haven't really used it yet. I'm very keen to activate the notification LED and double-tap to wake.
Is this possible with your ROM?
Thanks,
DrHRH.

Off-topic perhaps, apologies, but does anyone know if there's a reliable way to root the N6 running Marshmallow? The methods I've tried - i.e. Fastboot and the RootNexus6MacToolkit - aren't working. I hope it's not because I'm using a Mac. Can't see why that would be an issue.
I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction and apologise once again for going off-topic.
Thanks,
DrHRH.

I mean, should we expect updates to RR rom, or perhaps switch to this one?

+1 same here except i'm on twrp 3.0 and...i think i'm an expert at installing ROMs by now all t0lte M ROMs (in the current releases as of this date) install fine. Not complaining, just posting saying it's happening to me too. I'll check back in a newer version or so like I do every ROM.
I need install any kernel or just flash this?
dn4 agni here
So far so good. I'm on t0ltetmo twrp 3, and had no trouble installing it and aroma gapps. Had an issue opening the camera, but I like that most of the setup I normally go through (developer/security settings etc) was already done at boot. Love the speed. I'd like to see what some future themes will look like. Thank you
Sorry, I'm too hard, I need to take care of my family life, all donations is too small, so I will stop support for note2lte variant??? (though I wish would maintain it Android_N, or longer).
Financial difficulties are the main cause made us decide to stop support for all variants note2lte, all the donatons is very small, but nonetheless thank everyone in recent time. when there is a chance we will go back. this community on G+ and every topic on XDA temporarily closed.
sorry all!

About these roms
For personal reasons and to learn, I started to compile from official sources my android roms for my first Nexus, the Nexus 4. I continue now by compiling different roms for my Oneplus One.
I hardly change anything in the roms, I just compile standard roms and I sometimes includes features for testing before they are made available by the official roms or just because I think it's usefull.
Instructions
If you are coming from stock MM / another rom
Go to recovery (TWRP recommended)
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Install ROM
Install Gapps (OpenGapps recommended)
Install Super SU (Optional)
Reboot and enjoy
If you are coming from a previous version of one of these roms (officials or these one), just flash the rom and SuperSU

@Minux31 Thanks for the rom. Could let us know how different is it from the official one?
It's just standard Omni, just rom and kernel built with Uber Toolchain 4.9.4
Welcome back sir, happy to see you here again!
Will test soon and report back.
Should advise to use xposed and Gravitybox to help get more features...
So Apollo's inside, wich camera?
Thanks
To answer : yes, using Xposed + Gravity Box to get more features is hightly recommended, I'm using it without problem.
And yes, Apollo is inside last build (previous it was not), and Snapdragon Camera too !

Thanks for the build. Could u please add a switch for brightness icon?
Sorry, but I'm not a developper, just a rom builder, so I can't add this kind of thing, just if cherry-pick is available from other rom and easy to integrate to Omni.
If you look at Omni gerrit (https://gerrit.omnirom.org/#/q/status:merged), you can see that Max Weninger added som new QS tiles, perhaps brightnees switch will soon appear ?
In any case, thank you for you're interest

The ROM is almost prefect except that VOLTE is not working on T-Mobile.
The rom works smooth, I love the added UI elements. I cannot gwt the edge lighting to work though!
I absolutely love this brand new firmware for our device! The tweaked design is much appreciated over the plethora of basic Pixel UI clones. Looking forward to the future of this project! Great work here :good:

LineageOS is a free, community-built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 13 (T) designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS still includes various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS GitHub repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a complete list of changes & features.

Finally!
thanks Dude
This is such good news thanks for the continued development for LOS and lmi!
Thank you for the wonderful rom. I just flashed it a while ago.
I would like to report a bug:
Home Settings>Lock Layout toggle button
Toggle button functionality is inverse. When Lock button is toggled on, home screen app icons can be moved, but when lock button is toggled off, home screen icons are immovable (locked in place).
Again, thank you for giving us lineageos android 12.
I can't download
"You don't have permission to access this resource."
Very good news, dose anyone know what version of twrp can support this release? thanks.
@SebaUbuntu, great work, thanks for that! Are you planning to make it official and keep maintaining it for a reasonable amount of time?
I've been using the 11 for a long time and it's fully met my requirements, looking forward to the 12.
Does this ROM have app lock natively enabled?
Should i update my vender before flash this rom?
Someone tested this ROM?
How is battery life?
Any screenshots?
Possible to flash via twrp 1206 ?
Why is this ROM in an "Unofficial" status if the 18.1 variant is "Official"? I assume its waiting for LOS to stabilise 19 before changing the status?
