Docooler M9S Pro Root - Android Stick & Console AMLogic based Computers

I want to 'root' this device. I've tried Kingroot, OneClick Root and those don't do it.
Here are the peticulars on this box:
M9S-PRO 2GB+16GB Android 6.0 S905X Quad Core 64bit HD Smart TV Box WiFi 4K Media
Android Box was bought from Antiquechina2009 on eBay, technical support from that company is nill. Parent company is TOPTOM. TOPTOM as a BBB rating of "F". I 'googled' their company (located in California) and phone number. I called twice last week and left my name and number. I have not received a call-back.
Has anyone been successful in 'rooting' this Android TV Box?
Any help is sincerely appreciated.
Please share.
Thanks

4K TV Arriving Today

I have a JVC 65" 4K TV arriving today and am wondering what the best Android mini pc or stick would be to play 4K content on it. The TV itself unfortunately doesn't have any of the smart apps so I can't stream Netflix or Amazon 4K (the fact that I got the TV for $1,299 makes up for that) and I know their Android apps don't currently allow it either, but I figured I could install Ultraflix or YouTube on a 4K capable box and am wondering which is the best. Right now my research is leaning me towards a box with a Amlogic S812 chip. Any other suggestions?

TV Box for gaming, good or bad?

Upgrade CX919II RK3188 TV Stick from Android 4.4 to Android 5 ?

Hi all,
I've just purchased a CX919II RK3188 TV stick from Ebay.
I plan to use the device as a digital sign player for our church community centre.
Am currently trying to find a reliable way to upgrade the Android version from 4.4 to 5 and above, in order to gain better support from "Video Kiosk" google app.
Specifically, getting the app to independently play and loop a video and audio file of different durations.
All comments and suggestions welcome.
Thanks you.
I could simply purchase another one that comes with Android 5 or 6, instead of trying to upgrade the one I've got.
They are available on ebay for around $50 which is affordable.
4K MK809IV Pro 8G S905X, are these devices ok ?
Thanks.

Topsion Quad Core M9X Android 6.0 Amlogic S905X 3G+32 ROM M9X-32G

Hello
I have recently bought a Android Tv Box from amazon called Tops Quad Core M9X Android 5.1 Smart TV Box Amlogic S905 with Bluetooth 3G RAM+32G ROM(3G+32G).
Now i have since used for a few days and i have seen that it doesn't seem to run smoothly. It seems the smoothest when on Google play for some odd reason?
Not too sure if it is me but the videos seem to be a bit behind meaning not smooth or choppy at points. May be do that fact they may not be 60FPS videos.
Also is it possible to ROOT this TV box since i am having quite a hard time finding info about it for this box.I tried using Kingroot it goes to 17/16% and stops but it has that spinning wheel press the home buttion and it goes to 18% then goes to please wait for update (Most cases some times to goes straight to it.)
If possible can someone please tell me what to do.
Many thanks

Prime video and android TV box

Hi all,
I've tried to search in this forum and around internet getting different information
I'm android mobile user and my smart tv doesn't have prime video app, I'm looking to find a way to enjoy prime video on my TV
I'm oriented to buy a cheap android box cbut I still didn't catch if prime video is supported or not example x96 mini or mxq and similar (less than 20 euro as target)
a comment I've found on xda:
"Amazon Prime ATV will not work on any Android TV device except Nvidia Shield TV and maybe a few Android TV like Sony. Most, not all, subscription services apps like Amazon Prime and Netflix require Widevine L1. The KII Pro only has Widevine L3"
other comments from the web: "prime video will run but only in 480P"
Have you any experience?
Thanks!

There is a guide on adding Widevine L3 for netflix, it should be somewhat similiar.
Do you think it's only a matter of wideline certification?
Is there any suggestion which product is ready or can be hacked for the purpose?
