X-site BLOCKER is a smart websites blocker which uses "hosts" file for blocking websites on android.
It blocks thousands of X-sites on your android which means the X-sites can't be access from your android after blocking. It makes your device safe from harmful X-site and also it can help you in leaving your wrong habits...
How to use ?
Just flash latest X-site-BLOCKER-v(x.x).zip from your custom recovery. Download Terminal Emulator from PlayStore. Type "su" and then type "pb" and then follow the menu to enable X-site blocking.
How to delete X-site-BLOCKER ?
To delete X-site-BLOCKER just flash rm-X-site-BLOCKER.zip from your custom recovery.

the install files has a trojan
to download the file you need to install exe with trojan.... and its in russian...
after that it downloads a 700mb file which i dont even know if its the right file as my pc freaked out from all the pages popping up

pls use a good browser or write the url manually to any browser it will work definitely

I've seen that before. Its factoryapp. Factory mode.
If you didn't enable it yourself then you know an app for that.. one you downloaded probably did it.
You need root to fix it. No root means flash back to stock.
Find efs/factoryapp/ and open the factoryapp file with a text editor and change its contents to the opposite of what it is now. Save and exit. Reboot phone.

I use (and support) AFWall+ since long time now (Android 4 and probably earlier) to block each app to use data ou wifi
But in Android 9 (Probably 8 ?), Android support a native permission to do that without need root (iptables) or fake VPN (Like netguard...). It's great but not really ergonomic :
- Hard to change for each app
- Default permission is on, not off
