Measurements - OnePlus 5 Accessories

Hi,
I ordered the phone and wanted to get a leather pouch for it. While the OnePlus homepage says 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.25 mm, every news portal including xda is reporting 154.2 x 74.1 x 7.25 mm. Who's right?

Id trust OP themselves. They made it after all.

Well, first I tought so too. But then I realized length and width on OP homepage are identical with 3T. That made me think of a copy error.

A good app for 2014 moto X frames?

Is there a screen shot frame generator out there with the 2014 moto X? Perfect Screen Shot has a 2013 frame, but I can't find another that has the newer ones. Any help would be great.
I haven't found one either, bump.
Sent from my XT1095 using XDA Free mobile app
I contacted the Dev of perfect screenshot and he responded by saying that he was working on one. He also said that he might release it the night after I sent the email, but it wasn't up to his standards yet. He ended up releasing a few (droid turbo included), but not the 2014 moto X yet. My guess is that he's still working on it.
He also said that it would only be in the base colors too. So no black with yellow or blue or anything like that.
If you don't already know about it, just search for "perfect screenshot" on Google play and it's the first app to show.
There is a beta program of Perfect Screenshot on Google +. You may get a taste a bit early. For the the time being, I've been using the Nexus 6 frame. Works OK.
Perfect screen shot now has the 2014 frame!

[Q] Anyone else come up from Htc One X to One X+?

Just wondering how many here have come up from the Standard One X to the One X+?
How are you finding it in terms of Battery and overall performance etc?
Having owned 5-6 standard One X models, mine broke, and was actually looking and bidding on another Standard One X on Ebay, until I came across a One X+ advertised as "As new condition" and it said it came with 6 screen protectors, 2 silicone cases still in wrapping and a Case Mate, also unused and still in it's little clear plastic box.
As the One X without box, in average condition was already at a silly £155 and STILL I was outbid....I thought, Hmmm, this One X+ described as New condition, in box, with all HTC accessories also still bagged etc with all leaflets and manuals etc + all the extras seems to good to be true, as the bidding was at £89.00 with a £118.00 Buy It Now price, lots of bids, but still 2 days til end of auction, so basically I chanced it and clicked 'Buy It Now'
Soon as I did that I thought "oh my god, what have I done?"
Knowing my luck it'll either not come or it'll be WAY over-exaggerated in the Ebay advert, but nope....MINT...still had original HTC cover that comes on the phone when bought new.
It said was locked to Virgin, which is what I didn't want as i'm on the Three network, but turned it on, put in my sim, powered up, worked perfect and was completely unlocked!
If anything the guy WAY UNDER-exaggerated the condition.
Not even the sleeve which wraps around the HTC box had even a spec of dust on it.
Well chuffed.
Custom ROM now installed and even though only had it about 2 weeks.....100% best choice i've ever made....lol.
Performance wise with regards to CPU I can't notice much difference, but was hugely shocked when ran Quadrant and Antutu....massive difference.
And batery life is awesome compared to ANY of my many standard One X models previously owned.

Didn't go for M7 or M8, not coz of cost, but coz I hate the way they look and for some reason, I just can't drag my brain away from HTC, and the fact that the Galaxy range are just plain yukky as in my opinion, the One X and One X+ is the best looker out there. Plus, who the heck needs any more than a 1.7GHz Quad Core??
What's your opinions and experiences if you've come up from the standard One X?
Matt
Hey, whatsup there ?
Actually my brother bought one x , after 1-2 months I bought one x+ (Telus) @ 21,000 Indian rupees I.e 220£ but it was unlocked, already rooted,s-off. I don't remember it was stock Rom or not. I installed elegancia Rom with stock kernel, I loved it. It's awesome, battery is really improved a lot . As compared to my bro's one x I have to charge 1-2 per day on heavy usage. But he have to charge 3-4 per day. Even storage is huge 64gb. It's nice .. sometimes he wonders how I am using pro version and doing in-app purchases by (lucky patcher, freedom) . He too wants to root but he fears that warranty would be void. But overall I love my mobile. It's great..

OnePlus X vs. OnePlus One?

Hey there,
I really like my OPO, one of the greatest phones I owned so far. However, I really miss the European LTE Bands and sometimes when I have to use my phone with one hand I wish I'd own a slightly smaller phone. I found out about the OPX only today and was surprised I didn't stumble over any news about it so far.
So yeah as you see, the OPX actually sounds like perfect replacement of my OPO since the rest of the specs seem to be similar or identical.
I realize it just came out a few days ago and that there aren't too many people who already hold one in their hands, however I'd appreciate what you guys think about how the OPX compares to the OPO (especially camera quality and battery life).
Camera seems certainly better than oneplus one. The battery will get you through the day but not like opo which could easily go through a day and a half. The aesthetics are certainly great however you would want to put a cover given how delicate the phone is.
Btw the camera is really awesome

@milanraith, I'm kind of in the same boat. I never had a new OnePlus One but love it except my camera stopped working. Well am getting my first new OnePlus would love to buy both OnePlus one & OnePlus X but I don't have that kind of money besides I can only use one phone at a time. lol I'm so torn OnePlus One on one hand & OnePlusX on the other. I'm even learning how to tweet, instagram, facebook!!!

RhinoShield SolidSuit for OnePlus 5

Recently, I was looking for a case for my OnePlus 5 and RhinoShield brand drew my attention. I am not a huge fan of bumpers, because I like overall protection so I decided to find something else. When I was looking at the offer of this company I found a series of good looking cases - SolidSuit - but unfortunately available only on Apple devices. It will be great if they also make SolidSuit cases for our OnePlus 5. One of the ways to show our interest is join to a poll, which is attached to this post. I believe that we can do it

General [Info] Google Pixel Fold

Google Pixel Fold: Price, release date, and everything you need to know
The Pixel Fold is finally on the way. Here's what you need to know about Google's first foldable phone.
www.xda-developers.com
If the outer screen is 9 x 17.4 ratio, and the diagonal size is 5.8 inches, then if I remember geometry (or is it trigonometry?) the screen will be 5.2 in x 2.7 in. That's about half an inch wider and half an inch shorter than the Fold 4, and for me that's great news.
I really don't like diagonal specs, I wish everyone would adopt Width x Height.
a $2k fold...I'd wait and check some reviews before placing order...

I would go further than that and say wait 6 months to see how many break...
Fyi, XDA news information:
The Google Pixel Fold is finally here and it's a stunner
Google's first foldable might be the best Pixel we've seen so far.

Any speculation on how easy it will be to root? I won't consider anything that isn't rootable. Especially for $2K!

Would imagine it's the same as pixel 7, same hardware more or less. Don't think Google have made an unrootable phone but anything is possible
