You cant unless you buy it. Sharing paid apps for free is considered as warez and warez discussion is strictly prohibited here at XDA.

While that is special, this is a developers forum and the desire is to assist developers to continue their work.
The same goes for themes. They request payment for the work they did, to encourage them to make more themes.
If no one is paying for their work, what's the use to make more? If they wanted them to be free, they would have released them for free.
You pay for them or you get put in jail for theft.
