If you can access your phone via fastboot then you can revive it pretty quick.
If you cannot, then...... no need to say it
here are the steps to follow if you can use fastboot:
first of all you should prepare your files; you need the drivers for the device, adb and fastboot executable files, a ROM of your choice with the proper boot.img. Once you got those put them in one folder and proceed.
enter bootloader mode (volume down + power)
select fastboot mode
plug your usb cable to your PC
open a cmd window and navigate to your fastboot directory and execute this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
now you should push a downloaded ROM to your internal sdcard with this command: adb push *here your ROM name.rar or .zip* storage/sdcard0/
if you get an error of not copying, the add a folder for example storage/sdcard0/Download/ or storage/sdcard0/DCIM/
then you can enter recovery and flash your ROM, you should do a wipe and install, then wipe cache and then reboot.
This should put your phone to work with whatever ROM you install, then to get to stock is another process which includes relocking the bootloader.
Please update so I can give you any more help.
NOTE: any rom you download should be compatible with your CID, check it via fastboot with this command: fastboot getvar cid. Also try to download ARHD from mike1986, in his thread you can find compatible CID. If not try to look for a rom compatible with your CID

i tried flash Revolution ROM with yours tutorial...
flash via fastboot
boot.img copied and flashed - OK
but i cant copied any file to "SD" card i used command: adb push Revolution.zip storage/sdcard0/DCIM and wrote me: error device not found

Im sorry for my bad English
If you have a zip (rom) file on your pc you can ADB sideload it. and pull out the boot.img of the rom. install the rom. read the fourth post of this

Hi wlado93, yes, it will.
When you flash a rom with kdz the custom recovery is deleted, not problem that way. You can flash your operator's rom, doing that, you also flash its recovery.
Cheers. Good luck.

zenfone 2 doesn't boot into recovery but can boot into fastboot

hi guys, at the first i'm sorry for my bad english,ı need help after flashing custom rom my zenfone 2 does not boot into recovery. i'm stock rom, but i have some problems ı need help to fix it. ı wanna uptade to marsmallow and use to everything originally without problem. Can someone help me?
Hello there. Try to reboot into recovery via ADB: adb reboot recovery. This will directly boot the device into recovery. If you can't, then install a stock or custom recovery via fastboot. Before you can install, the bootloader must be unlocked first.

Bricked Moto Z

I think I bricked my Moto Z XT1650-03 (the UK international unlocked version),
I unlocked the bootloader and flashed the official twrp recovery, but made the stupid mistake of cancelling the backup in progress in twrp. Now I am stuck at the warning of the unlocked bootloader. I am able to enter the bootloader and the recovery mode but can't get the device to start. I did a factory reset from twrp, still didn't help.
I think maybe flashing the stock recovery might help. But I haven't found any reliable links to the stock recovery for my particular device.
Any solution to this problem?

Hello, So here https://firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto%20Z/Stock/XT1650-03/ we are all the Stock Firmware for the Moto Z XT1650-03,You just have to look for the one you wanted, So download it and inside the .zip file'll find the files recovery.img and flash it manually with fastboot command.
but do not know if it will work, I think it is better to flash the entire system directly.
Sorry for my Bad English

Can you please help me with which one of those firmwares I'm supposed to download? All I know is that mine is the UK version according to this thread
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/help/moto-z-griffin-versions-compatibility-t3470885
Thank you in advance.
Put the device in Fastboot mode, and type "fastboot getvar all". then go to "(bootloader) ro.carrier:" and see what is the carrier. after this go to the page to download the stock firmware and search you carrier .
