Keeps restarting, red light blinking, stuck on logo - Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Questions & Answers

hello guys, i already put two or three new thread on miui forums about this, no respond since.
i bought this device from someone, the device can't be turn on but the screen will appear MI logo when connects to charger (or computer). the battery seems not charging so I cant access to recovery mode, no fastboot mode... only MI logo and red light blinking all the way.
So i manage to force edl (emergency download mode) from test point at its motherboard for flashing purpose as the device is locked bootloader, successfully flash without any problem but still... no luck. :crying:
I suspect the battery, not suspect any other because motherboard and usb sub board seems to be working fine, or else the flashing wouldn't be success in the first place.
so any suspicious? or tricks that I should do before replace the battery...?

[Q] Dna battery or motherboard problem?

Hello guys I want your help a little bit
I have a Droid DNA and suddenly the phone has turned off for no reason, when I turned it on again, it frezees in HTC boot logo "blablabla development blablabla) and restarts and it keeps in a bootloop, I can enter into fastboot, so I put it on to charge it, and 15 minutes LATER, i tried to turn it on again, no luck, so i put it into usb mode, and booted and it can boot normally, but when I quit the usb the phone turn it off and goes again in this crazy bootloop, also I cannot enter into the recovery mode (I installed TWRP and tried to enter but it freezes into in blue logo), and again I put USB on (No charger) and it enters, I flash a ROM and reboot, but when I disconnect USB CORD (NOT CHARGER) it turn off and again comes the bootloop crap, so I think its the battery but I opened the phone and I dont see a sign of battery death (like inflated) so I dont know if its a battery problem or a motherboard problem? What should I do? buy the battery or have a nice red brick? help me please.
Sorry for bad english Im not American.
Please help!!!!

Moto E Bricked

Hi all, this might be a old problem but hoping for solution.Moto E stuck in bootloop (I think so), Black screen.Whenever I connect to PC,sound of disconnecting and reconnecting is coming. Can't enter recovery or fastboot mode.Nothing happens on holding combination keys for 2minutes also.Whenever I connect led light blinks and goes off.Charged battery by connecting it to another moto e,so it's not battery fault.Developer options aren't enabled,as the person who gave this to me is noob. Is there anything I should try ?? Any hope for recovery except motherboard replacement ?

Bricked and weird issue

Hi, i use the latest CM ROM for K910 for a quite long time. yesterday i dropped my phone and it crack my screen. was sending it for repair and now the phone wont load normally and it stays in CM loading screen and never boot up. With the cracked phone i use it for a day and sent it to the local shops to replace it.
so i managed to boot it into fastboot but sadly i cant do anything due to the bootloader is locked. all i can do is to unbrick it using the qualcomm resets which requires me to made some pin grounding and plug in the usb which allow me to use QFIL.exe to reset the phone into the very stock rom like in the factory.
after the reset it was working as it should but something is not right, the phone cant be used with its touchscreen, wont charge when it sleep and when ever the phone start to get dark when theres no input, it will stop charging and the screen wont turn on again. both when i boot the phone and when i turn off the phone and charge it. im not sure how to troubleshooting as i never encounter in my experiences. also, it will drain my battery. if i plug in my pc it will detect as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 or Marshall London HS-USB Diagnostics 9006
anyone have solution for this or any idea?
Thanks in advance

It shows HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 for you ! So do as I say :
1 . Turn off phone
2. press and hold vol up + vold down
3. connect to usb without powering up
4. You gets what you want !

Poco F1 not booting any more

I am looking for help for my phone - has anyone had this kind of problem before and solved it?
As per the title - I cannot start my phone any more, I do see the yellow Pocophone logo and "unlocked" status - then the screen goes black and the phone seemingly does nothing any more. Trying to get into recovery does the same, however I am able to get into Fastboot mode.
What did i do - nothing Was using my phone while on the bus, put it into my pocket where it must have turned off, when trying to switch it back on I noticed the behaviour above. I was on TWRP 3.3..0.0 and the Pixel Experience ROM (Android 10) when the phone failed.
ADB on my computer does not recognize the phone, but MiFlash does see the phone. I tried to flash the current stock MIUI - with "success" from MiFlash but no effect on boot behaviour.
The charging led is off when connected to charger or computer.
I am a bit stuck with other things i could try- does anyone out there have an idea? Oh - and the additional bit - this is my own import from China to Europe, from a bit more than a year ago (January...) so I am out of any warranty thing.
Cheers
Flo

Redmi Note 9 Pro EU - stuck on MIUI boot logo

I have this phone as a second devica for a year now, didnt do anything with firmware or similar, bootloader is locked, USB debugging not enabled, logged out from Mi account, yesterday it reboots itself and hanging on MIUI logo. I tryed to perform a factory reset from recovery menu (power+vol.up), wiped all but phone isnt booting. I try to flash official fastboot ROM with MI Flash tool but failed because of locked bootloader I suppose (some error showed up something about "Locked state".
Is it possible somehow to flash the firmware without opening device or I can throw it to garbage?
Thank you!
EDIT:
I have managed to flash new firmware with XiaoMI Tool V2 (by Francesco Tescari) and it went all OK but the device isnt booting and still stucked on MIUI logo. Tryed few times more to flash but it fails on aprox 90% of firmware upload process
Now I got "Safe mode" option in MIUI Recovery mode (vol up+power) but nothing happening when I choose it.
EDIT 2:
When MIUI logo was on the screen for a while I long pressed power button and device vibrated slightly longer than before and I heard some sound and device booted up to safe mode. Then I rebooted it thinking of device would boot up normally but I was wrong, there it is again hangs with MIUI logo on the screen and I cant enter safe mode anymore.
EDIT 3:
I dismantled the back side of the phone and detached the battery and camera as I've seen on youtube and put all back and then the device booted succesfully, I've managed to set Mi account and USB debugging. All worked fine untill I rebooted the device and again stucked on MIUI boot logo. Next step is to try to unlock the bootloader or put it in EDL mode and flash other firmware.
EDIT 4: PROBLEM SOLVED
Problem solved with removing back foil and disconected lower left camera from mainboard. Also three screws arround the camera module had to be removed because they were making a contact with mainboard and didnt let device to boot. The result is working camera and device is rebooting normally and if power is off it powers on normally. We'll see how long it will work.
EDIT 5:
I confirmed today there is an hardware issue with mainboard. The backplate or plate over the mainboard when all screws are there is making a contact somewhere arround the camera module and device won't boot because of that. So I left the screws arround the edge not to make a pressure on main board when housing backplate is mounted. Device is working now so if anyone experience the same situation try this method.
I have the same problem.
See this thread.
I try to avoid the method of removing the back foil.

Thats OK for devices with unlocked bootloader and custom recovery installed but mine is with locked bootloader and stock recovery. Anyway it is a hardware issue related with mainboard backplate. When all screws are fastened especially those 3 arround camera module device isnt booting because some kind of contact is made under mainboard backplate. I confirmed that with pressing that backplate with my fingers and device is stucked on MIUI logo. When backplate is released the device is booting normally. Xiaomi thumb down
