Just right for night reading.

For dark or night time is ok. Daylight is better than many because notification panel is completely white which helps im reading the notification easily.

Great in the night reading.

dim enough for night use

I'm temporally using my brothers old che2_l11 and it's way too bright at lowest setting, so i found app in google play "lower brightness" and it's been working for me.

good, does the job at night
Minimum brightness is okay. But it may be still bright when used in a dark room.
Due to the not so dense display, sometimes it's hard to read at night.
Just enough for my eyes.

Minimum brightness too high maximum brightness too low, pixels on the screen appear when you look closely, screen changes colors when viewed from different angles.

Excellent minimum brightness (for an IPS panel) - I actually was afraid it would be too bright but, no, everything is OK. You might want to use some software dimmer though.
Setting it to the lowest looks more of night screen to me.
Keeping it almost at the lowest as my daily due to low light level environment in my house.

I'm not very happy with the brightness of this phone overall. Its minimum brightness is barely legible even at night, and it's has to be on maximum brightness if you're anywhere near a window or outside. Anyone else feel this way?
On its' lowest setting, has the brightness of a thousand suns. May my own eyes forgive me for what I have witnessed
My old screen dimmer app that I always use and have for many years didn't work on this phone because it left the navigation bar bright, but I tried this other one a few days ago and it's working great.
