I have a lot of complaints from people on the other end of the phone. That is with VoLTE on and off. Both on wifi and over the air. They can hear okay when I position the phone in the "speaking into its bottom" position but of course then I cant here them. No one to date cares for this.

Call quality is poor. When I call people they hear my voice very low and sometimes they don't hear anything.

The call quality is excellent on this phone; primarily because of the earpiece up top. I expected it to suck given its size but it turned out be the other way around! Never ever did i wish that i had more volume and many times i actually have to keep the call volume around 70% so a person nearby doesn't hear my conversation. It's that good!
