i flashed cm10.2 after long time with the original stock samsung rom, and i saw the emoji icons have been changed, instead of faces i have the android robot with emotion and i didnt like it, there is a way to flash another font with other emojis? maybe even the ios emojis
and i want also a keyboard that include emojis, it can be an app or zip that i need to flash.

You need a KitKat-based ROM for coloured emojis.
Googles keyboard has support for typing emojis.

First and foremost, my phone is rooted already. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7582 (S Duos 2 model) and its on 4.2.2.
I would love it if there was an update for it to the newer 4.4 version but unfortunately there isnt. I tried using a couple apps to replace the emoji font, but I still get the black and white robot emojis. I don't know what I'm doing wrong exactly. I don't necessarily need colour emojis, but I've heard there are black and white replacements that are much better looking than the robot emojis. I would like suggestions on how to solve this.
Ever since I updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop, I've noticed a few missing/black and white emojis.
The most prominent missing emojis are ✌ (peace sign), ☝ (hand with finger pointing up), and ♥ (the classic heart).
Since then, I have updated to Android 5.1 Lollipop, and the emojis are still missing.
My attached screenshots are from Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Go to this thread and download "Fix For Marshmallow Emoji" or "Fix For Emoji Lollipop" depending on your system
sorry for my english, i'm from mexico. And I am also new to xda :silly:
Will that fix the black and white emojis?
So im on rooted lollipop 5.0.2 and i switched the default emoji's to ios ones using Emoji Switcher but then i noticed some of my emoji's weren't coloured like the red heart its white and comes out black. So i tried setting them back to default and that didnt work then i done a factory reset and that didnt work so i need help on why this is happening and try to fix it?
Hey, recently whatsapp updated and I found that the emojis were replaced by the iOs 10 ones.
Is there any way to get back the classic emojis? The emojis tab in whatsapp, not the system ones.
