I'm looking for a new case for my S8. I'm using the Poetic Affinity Slim Fit case now, I don't care for it. Something protective, but not too bulky, preferably one with a clear back so I can show off the perty Arctic Silver (chrome look-alike) of my phone. I love the Samsung clear cover so much I have 2, one with a Spiegel ring and one without. Mine is black but it's quite transparent. $30 Cdn at BestBuy. It has a bit of a lip to cushion the front

i used this one too, the case have good texture for easy grip and the case is perfect fit :good:, i put the lens cap from the samsung flip case+ together with this case, now my phone have a good protection

IMHO, Except the color, I think I like the right one the most. It looks like the sides are rubberized which usually makes for a secure grip. On a phone as large as the SGN3, That is important to me.
I don't dislike the color in general, but it is one that will show grime from dirt and skin oils easily. Once I get comfortable with the feel of a case in my hands, I am hesitant to change it down the road. I would dislike changing the case 6 months or a year in because it looked bad, and I wouldn't want to pay to replace it at that stage of the SGN3's life either.
So... My vote is the Trident, in a darker color.
Depends what you are looking for? Personally I have the black and the white UAG cases and I just ordered the Trident Cyclops in black.
For best protection with port covers it would be Trident.
Stylish and good drop protection would be UAG
Port covers and good drop protection then Otterbox.

It's nice to use, adds a bit to the thickness - I have 3 cards and some cash in there right now and it's almost 2cm thick. But then I don't have to carry my wallet now...

Just went to Melbourne and left the wallet at home. Credit card, licence and myki card along with cash in the phone was all I needed. Everything is accessible including the s-pen and it's a good looking case when I compare it to others around - adds a touch of class I think.

Look into Zenus wallets, case holder. Excellent quality and made. Little on the high side but it's definitely worth it. Have not look another cases

Old dbrand I had one it, now rocking the blue honeycomb from slickwrap. Just got delivered the sticker ? one, dope. Rocking it with my fusion case..
Neither dbrand nor slickwraps. It's skinnova, I messed up on the edges, then cut off the sides, now rhinoshield crashguard fits perfectly. But now I don't like the size of phone it's not comfortable anymore, so ordered dbrand black and red dragon skin, hope I won't mess up this time though.

Most of the cases thus far are garbage and make the phone feel like a brick. Semi ok is the poetic one.
