I noticed one thing . The people here on xda are donating wrong people . For example no one is donating to team hyper who were the the first one to bring nougat but everybody donated to blue flame and the other russain developer and what they did ? Nothing !!! You had also abused(almost) team hyper. Thanx to coming lately but finally.
Team hyper did this without having the device. As we know many testers out there, so no such need of the device.
Like TanmayDev: a true tester.
He is keeps himself awake upto 20 hours to bring the awesome things on redmi 3s

It's premature to assume that Blueflame4 hasn't done anything yet. Different devs have different approaches and time (+other) constraints. Fyi in all my years here on this forum, soliciting donations even via a personal opinion is a no no. Plus your last line is contradictory; clearly you've already picked a side by your own presumption as above.

As a user, you're allowed to ask for donations in your signature as a thank you for your hard work, however donations up front are not allowed. This forum is about sharing and not about getting paid to do something... that is what your job is for.

You have to make a Donation to XDA. Look at main Portal.
EDIT: Keep in mind, this is different from making donations to developers for their work. People like Joker have their own lives, jobs, and familys. So the s**t they do here they take out of their own personal lives then share it with us for free, weather you get them money or not.

Stop asking when will this be released or when will that be released. IT WILL COME OUT WHEN IT'S READY this is the main reason why great developers left XDA so please if you don't want more great devs to leave STOP IT

OK this will be quite simple. If it says DEVS ONLY leave it alone. Don't comment unnecessary trash and ask for ETA's.
Fourth...
RESPECT THE DEVELOPERS
Don't go to their thread and say "this rom is useless because it doesn't have (something like this or that)*Please respect them making roms aren't easy as you learning ABC or 123!

Read or search before posting anything! GOOGLE is your best friend!

Stop posting and posting the same stuff over and over and over again! If it says in the ROM description that ""This" is not working" Dont keep on asking is "this" working? or something like that.

Hey everyone happy holidays! Figured people would like a little taste of something new. Been building this for awhile but never really had a stable build before this one. I am not a dev!! I simply pulled source and built this on my computer I flashed this build and it seems to be running really well. Use the most recent vendor image and enjoy!

After being trolled, SirTAVARES has left the XDA forum. It's a pity, as I really appreciated him gathering information scattered around and offering it to us in a concise way.
Maybe this is a reminder that we should all treat each other with respect. Many of the contributors here do so in their own time for free and (quite rightly) expect to be treated well.
I'd like to wish him all the luck for the future and he should know he'll be missed.

I agree fully. The attitude some members show is ridiculous. They only come here when they got complaints and to download stuff. Years ago this mentality wasnt as strong as it is now.
Lets hope the man comes back someday! He didnt deserve this.
The problem is that you always need to be prepared for trolls and haters. If you can't stomach them you should stay away from any kind of online community. But then again, the real world is full of toxic people too. So, best thing to do is to toughen up and not let them get to you.

Of course, but there is something called reality. In reality the troll already does damage before he is warned or banned. It is hard or impossible to be proactive against them, you can only react. That's why you have a choice, toughen up or suffer.

If memory serves right most of those "helpful" threads already have community and dedicated threads. And last I checked xda has rules about helpful post like that. There are tons of other ways to get attention/thanks then reposting duplicate info.
