I've been using different custom roms for Kenzo and all of them seem to be missing on one feature. VoLTE. Is there any technical difficulty that prevents the developers from intergrating it or something else.
I'd like to know if any any custom ROM supports it as of now.
Let me be clear. This is not a feature request, no offence on any dev. Just wanna know the technical side of it.

It didn't work on any custom ROM. Using Slim ROM with Jio Join app for calls.

Jio4g voice does not work for me they say a provisional update is required any solution

Did u try latest nightly there is VoLTE support.
can you guys try this and give feedback
u have to make 2 apns like below...before that delete all the apns from your mobile
Apn1:
name--- Jio
apn-------jionet
server--www.google.com
apn type--default,supl
rest leave as it is...then save the apn....now create the 2nd apn
Apn2:
name--Jio
apn----ims
apn type-ims
rest leave as it is..then just save the apn...

This cm 14.1 from has volte .

Yes with the help of jio apps ,
You can make VOLTE calls on "non-volte" "4g phone" :good:
You just need 4g phone
No more Jio join.. Its 4G voice.. And wrong thread man.

I have seen issues on cm14 and above...but its working perfectly on cm13 roms...i will try and tell u...some one was talking it works on Xenon HD 14.1

is there a way to enable volte in any custom rom or is it not even possible? i have heard that flashing stock modem files will make it work... is that possible?

CM 13 doesn't have VoLTE support
Yes man, i know that. That was not the question: VoLTE function is included in official rom
And for me it dont work in STOCK ROM ...

Yes, the same sim card with my Blackview P2 runs great with VoLTE, but not the Max 2
1. Make sure to clean install, I have flashed Mokee ROM
MK60.1-le_x2-170112-RELEASE.zip
2. Reboot to system and enable root access to apps through settings(Mokee is prerooted ROM)
3. Turn off data then Uninstall Jio4GVoice app( delete .Jio4GVoice folder(this is a hidden folder if you already have installed jio4gvoice app) from internal storage through esfileexplorer
3. Open /system/build.properties file through esfileexplorer app in edit mode
4. Make sure you have these two line in prop file
4-a)Change
persist.volte_enalbed_by_hw=1
to
persist.volte_enalbed_by_hw=0
4-b) add this line
persist.ims.volte=false
Then save build.prop file
5. Reboot the device
6. Turn on data and install and configure the latest version Jio4gVoice app(4.0.8)
7. Enjoy volte call on this slick rom and thank

actually, VoLTE is not exactly enabled it is disabled so that jio4gvoice app can perform its volte calls
Yah ur disabling volte so that jio4g can detect no volte in phone otherwise its dialer won't be active

Maybe you shouldn't have used the misleading phrase 'enable VoLTE' in your title then. Call it 'steps to enable Jio voice app calling' or something else.

NOTE: make sure to turn on data(LTE) and then try to start jio4gvoice app and allow all permissions

On the PC go to Advanced when you edit the main post, then you can edit the title.

If data is off then volte work or not and will incoming call coming or not.

Try cube call recorder from play store.
I am using global rom and has the record call option...( 12.0.5 RKGMIXM )

I think that's it. I choose my native country and the recording option is showing in Google Dialer.

I set the region to Costa Rica and has the option
Auto call recording now plays the message that ....
This call is being recorded.
Any solution to this... That it should record without playing the message
Someone told me in a Telegram channel - Indonesia version Rom has Miui Dialer built in. So, the recording option is supposed to be there.
I'm on Global Rom 12.0.7.0. Waiting for my phone to be unlocked by Xiaomi. After that I'll flash Indonesian Global Rom.

Update:
In Global Rom version - 12.0.9.0, there seems to be a call recording option present (just like the Screenshot attached by @arpcpro above).
Firstly, it announces in your language - the call is recording (annoying). and secondly, it is buggy. Not confirmed where you would find the recording file (if it works).
