I can disable it on my Mi Band. I think that is a perfectly reasonable question.
OK, I found it!
Swipe left to see the "Daily Overview" then tap on it. You should see a "Details" screen right now, swipe from the top and it will open "Settings", now scroll down and you should see "Move Alert". Tap to turn it off.

The application was superb, but no longer works on Android 6. Developer is not updating and does not respond to my e-mails.
That's why I am looking for something close to Intelliring.

I'd like to use the fingerprint sensor also as a normal button so that I could use it to launch camera, shut off the screen etc.
I think there're a few apps on play store that do just that but MIUI aggressive ram management might screw it all up.
Tried to use one of those myself when I just got the phone, sometimes after locking and unlocking, it'd stop functioning. So, just prepare for those problem if you're planning to use those.
You can enable which apps will be killed from ram and which won't.
