Miui is features packed but isn't laggy as touch wiz there are little lags in multitasking thats all. Dual apps, app lock, dual space, scrolling screenshots are just a few of the tons of features you get with miui 9

The stock rom doesn't have many themes even black which is a must for AMOLED display. So you have to move to custom roms.
All in all, visuals are so so in stock rom.

Still odd Play Music is removed when not all features have made it over to YouTube Music app. For the rest as clean as you can get it.
