Stock recovery STF-L09C432B100 - Honor 9 Questions & Answers

I flashed twrp and now can't do OTA update, but TWRP (TeamKirin) also doesn't work properly, so I can't install the update though it either. Can anyone provide the stock recovery.img for STF-L09C432B100? I'd just like to go back to stock and forget about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, there's not b100 firmware.
I suggest you to contact honor, they may give you a link to download the update

If you accept to lose all your data (music, fotos, apps...) You can do the rebrand guide to update to B120: https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-9/how-to/guide-honor-9-t3653719
Hope it will help you

Do you know if B120 is free from the scrolling delay bug that is present in B130?

Yes, I did a mistake and deleted my OS so I installed B130 (which have problems) so I used this guide to rebrand to B120 and now everything is fine

update.bat does nothing when I double click on it it just opens a window that closes instantly. What could be wrong? I have the HWOTA folder in the root of my phone and all files where the guide said I should put them and rename them.

Yes. Had to do a factory reset afterwards because of bootloop. However I still have the scrolling delay now on B120.

Already have a thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-9/help/scrolling-delay-t3665877
I know from another forum that another guy has the same issue but he hadn't noticed it until he saw my video of it. So I don't think it's hardware problem. Maybe only B100 is free from the problem.

Unusual options in TWRP

Hi. I need help with TWRP. I once flashed pure nexus ROM and ever since then I have been facing unusual options appearing in TWRP.
In short story, When I flashed pure nexus ROM then I saw that my TWRP recovery was auto deleted and recovery was set to stock android recovery. Being a noob, it was very hard for me to fix it. But eventually I did it. So, I installed latest TWRP and flashed Cosmic OS. While cleaning dalvik cache and other options, I began to see new options such as "AndroidSecure" "EPS" and so on.
I can post a picture of it. Anyways, please help rectify these problems.

If I do remember, androidSecure is a secure folder in the internal storage, however, don't touch any of these partitions at all

Continue using your phone normally. Just don't change or touch anything you don't know.
And another problem. Whenever I make backup of ROM and store in the SD card. And when I try to restore my backup it does not works. It just says sort of 'restore failed'.
