Hello. i am new to this forum so i'm sorry if this is not the right section. my friend's phone (Alcatel One Touch 991) is bricked,it just stucks at the ALCATEL ONE TOUCH screen. i tried to format using SmartPhone Flash Tool but it keeps saying "Searching" when i press FORMAT or DOWNLOAD. can someone,please,help me? i'll give in exchange a skype account with 7$ credit. thank you very much

I found on the Internet instructions for recovery of the sensor screen . Through adb had to replace a file v6.bin at /sys/devices/virtual/input/lge_touch/firmware
I did it and the sensor on the phone completely stopped working , does not respond at all.
tell me how to restore the sensor ?
