Hi,can I change EMUI5.0 stock icon to Stock Android Oreo 8.0 icon???how?
There is a theme for EMUI 5 called Android O oreo theme for EMUI. You can just try out
I don't think it's possible without rooting your device.
u need a Launcher, Nova or Action.
them actually have an option: Adaptive Icons

Android oreo 8 emui theme on play store. It will change icons and smileys to O.

Hi, I am using MIUI 8 Global dev 6.9.1. I have been trying to use pixel launcher. I have installed both launcher apk and wallpaper picker apk(that are shared by android authority). Still its crashing. I have allowed both of them and google app to autostart. All other permissions are given as well.
Also no work in AOSP 5.0.2 by Vova
also on vova cm12.1
It is more of an OS compatibility than the ROM itself. All of above Roms are still using Lollipop. My AOSP 6.0 RN2 runs both apk smoothly.

There are less chances but we may get as we had only one Nougat update as they mentioned while honor 8 launch, they will be giving 2 major Androids upgrades so who knows we might get lucky here

it is their supported chip, if we're lucky we may see it but it will take so long to get released like android 7..... probs mid-late 2018 would be realistic time..... android 7 works well and there isnt much new in android 8.

They must have just forgotten it. Trust me. I have a KII-L22. There's no reason that KII-L23 isn't supported.

As far as I know, RR is the best
I think there no official marshmallow update for kiw-l23, which leaves the model with Lollipop firmware,
and I think, you cannot flash custom ROMs on top of a lollipop firmware,

He has KII-L23, not KIW-L23.
