Basic things to make TW Nougat kernel
1. Extract Lineage 14 kernel and TW-N too
2. Put Lineage kernel/zImage and dt/dt_image on TW-N and repack TW-N kernel
Done!!!
I can make TW-N too but i dont own the device

Its getting stuck on bootanimation?? Or on J5 splash screen. If you want give log, maybe i can help you

So its stable or has broken stuff everywhere. Remember you built 6.0.1 kernel from source. Nougat has few differences here and there.
I know that SystemUI and System behave weird on Lineage kernel. On S3 Neo system crashes(not to bootanimation) at the beggining but it starts fine after
Ok ive seen that way of kernel building from arter building mega 2 kernel with s3 config. On me building S5 Mini 6.0.1 kernel with our config failed

Hello guys, i have a Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 (SM-A310F) and my stock rom is Advanced three (Ported from advanced seven for a7 2016 that is ported from note7) and i want to port this rom:

I ported this and got bootloop.
I tried the fix with replacing the lib files.
But unfortunately this method didn't work too. Can you please help me? I don't have any ideas how to fix this.

Moving everything to new Rom is not call as porting. Kernel is an issue obviously

I have built Resurrection Remix ROM ( Android 6.0.1 ) for my Meizu m2 note.
The problem is that after flashing it got stuck at the company logo and I dont know why.
Can somebody please help me out ?

Can you adb while booting and grab a log ? If you don't get to the boot animation then you probably can't so I'd guess it's likely to be something kernel related

I cant get to the boot animation ..stuck at the company logo, so i cant take log.
However, i have tested the kernel with other ROM and its working fine. So no problem with the kernel.

Great little rom lovely work on this and nice kernel too.Everything up and running with my apps on and no problems.Nice sound no lagging and pretty quick.Just give a little time for rom to boot and time to cool but after that is superb.Great work developer and others who contributed.Really nice.

Anyone wanting to know the performance of this rom no worries.It is up there with the best TW roms.Attached is the Antutu score an amazing result considering cpu is maximum of 1190mhz.This testifies how great the kernel in this rom is.Just give the rom 12 hours or so for everything to settle.I had 9 hours deep sleep with phone before testing it this morning.

I would recommend with two hands [Alexis Rom 1.9_FTJ2][19/10/2020][10/2020 Patches][G96xF/FD OneUI3.0 Apps Ported]. About the kernel, I'm not sure. At the moment I'm using Elemental X kernel. But if u wanna use it, you need to download if, from the app itself, flat2 does not update his thread and u may have bootloop.

and [ROM] [10.0] HAVOC OS 3.7 for Galaxy S9 /S9+/Note9 -Unlocked Bootloader. I want rom who is stable and dont have some bug to fix and is poces for instaling same as 2 year ago
