What is the main diference between 7.1.0 & 7.0.3 versions by jerpelea? I could not find any thread or post about this. I'am very happy user of CM7.0.3 k012 with no issuses at all. I've been watching development of that ROM since very early stage. Sorry for my poor english.

There is nothing about 7.1.0 this is changelog for 7.0.3

edit: I didn't seen that you also posted that changelog smartgarden LOL . Even in changelog in 7.1.0 there is not much informations about changes made in cyanogenmod 7. I was looking for changes in look and feel of ROM. I flashed 7.1.0 but i had some dificulties so I downgraded till it's more stable.
I really respect you smartgardens. Your post are allways helpful and understable even for me. You are one of the gurus of CM7 & X10.

Thanks for the kind words buddy.
This is the rom you want for stability, follow the correct install process and you will be ok (Cyanogen CM7.0.3 J022 K011/K012 Gingerbread 2.3.3 FINAL)
If you want 2.3.4 then flash j003, i am testing now and the only problems so far are you have to connect to wifi using static ip which is easy and my phone rebooted when my battery level got to 9%, if you can live with those 2 small issues then go for it, both builds are fast.

I'll j003 but it will not become my daily ROM. I use lot of wifi APs (I don't have data plan) at school also in restaurants and other places. Wifi is my only conection to the internet so it would be dificult for me to every time I need conection fill the static IP. And of course every restaurant or fast food thet has free wifi has diferent range of IPs.

It be great if any of you guys can flash the ROM without wiping data. I just re-flashed my backup Cognition 1.5.1 and then flashed my ROM and I didn't have no problems.
But I wanted to see if you guys are experiencing any problems.
Remember to do a backup in Recovery, its easy only takes 5 minute to backup and 5 to restore!
ROM works great. But it lacks some touch sensitivity issue. Moreover it isnt working with Kies. I can see gret improvement in battery life.
The battery life looks amazing! R u using stock battery and how long was the display on?

Hey mate, I completely removed everything relating to Kies in the ROM.
But i'll upload a file so you can flash it through CWM and have Kies back soon! Hmm about the touch sensitive issue, this is related the kernel, or you could download the touchscreen app which should make it more sensitive for you!
(Theres two app, you can use both if one doesn't seem to work)

Stock battery? If you mean icon no, im using a accurate battery mod, you can just see it has numbers of how many battery you have left (in %). Also the screen was on for about 5 - 6 hours non stop browsing, gaming and youtubing and still 35% left. It shows it on the screenshot 'Screen on'.

Kies is in second post under the downloads if anyone wants it.
Also im currently using Simple & Clean v1.2 ! Everything is working smoothly, only thing it is missing is 12 Status Bar Toggle, the script has changed on KJ2 compared to all other version. It should be out by tomorrow hopefully!

Yeah I think the battery life was great, using 7 hour 30 minutes browsing with music together, youtube etc and still have 35% left is good. So really its like every 1 hour is 10% in heavy use. Which for small to average users should get great battery life!

Have you considered a sense 4 ROM? (Please say yes. :<)

Good to see another Rom in the forum.
Downloading the jellybean version now. Then the sense version afterwards if my data connection is still fast.
Just noticed it says VM only. Is it able to run on sprint at all? Will it ruin anything potentially if I try to boot it up?
The genuine enthusiasm I read in the op made me made me a subscriber!
I'm gonna have to agree with the above post about sense 4....it'd be cool. Just sayin. Would be glad to help. I ported viperS 1.52 and 1.6 for myself, but probably just lucky lol. Thanks bro!

Just installed and so far this rom runs very well. I'm going to test all areas and reply back asap. I overclocked with Kernel Tuner to 1404/192 and lag free so lets see the battery life. Thank you for the rom and keeping this epic phone rolling!!!

Im using it on Sprint! Oh whata bummer. I tried MMS and it hangs on sending and doesn't do anything. SMS works fine. I hope it gets fixed soon because Im a MMS junky! lol
What version are you using? (Sense, Non-Sense, or JB?)
If you're using sense/non-sense. Just open ##DATA# and enter your MSL.
Change the mms server to http://mms.sprintpcs.com (I think?)
Might want to verify that. I'm not a sprint User.
Also guys, these ROM's were developed for VM, so bear that in mind
Dakman is a VM user like myself. But there you go. That's a workaround for the sense ones.

Try saying "Open APNS" in voice dialer and changing the MMS url to the one I posted above?

I found the fix for Sprint MMS go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28661210&postcount=569 follow the instructions and use root explorer. Make sure to copy over the original file. Worked perfect for me.

After a few reboots the capacitive button lights stopped working.
If your planning on supporting Sprint users, could the mms fixes be added to the op? That way the thread doesn't get flooded with mms fix repeats. Just a suggestion. Would definitely try these out if you intend on backing us Sprint users too. Thanks for the coolness, regardless. Later
Is the Jellybean ROM stock Jellybean? Some more info on that would be nice. I've used MidnightROMs before so I have no doubt that it's quality, whatever it is.

JB aokp 4.1.2
This looks to be a SWEET rom - the very first I've downloaded for my new VM Evo 3d. However - upon installation, it goes through the setup and then I get "Nova Launcher has stopped" with the "ok" button - can't go any further than this. Did I do something wrong or is there a way to fix this?

-And by the way FOR VULPIX_3.1 just make sure your ROM dont have any tweaks.. coz it already have all the simple tweaks implemented and it may complicate other things like crossbreeder , direct injection and a lot of stuff..
Dont mix PIMP my ROM and Vulpix.. they are two different tweaks heavily customizes your phone so mixing them is not advisable.

I made this module because my pixels lag when multitasking and playing heavy games. I have made this module a week ago, until now my phone is still running smoothly when running multi-tasking and heavy games.
I am running this module on android 12 stock latest version google.
Weakness.
The temperature on the phone when using this module will increase, because I removed the limit on the thermal cpu.
I highly recommend underclocking the Big-CPU to 2.4GHz (Using SmartPack-Kernel Manager, Kernel Toolkit, EX Kernel Manager, etc) to reduce overheating and get stable performance.

- Google stock android 12 (I haven't tried on custom rom)
