Use TouchWiz, if you want all apps to be used as floating window.
I think only it can do that for now....

Theme support is also working fine.

In wanam go to system>launcher>enable wallpaper scrolling option reboot....and then disable and reboot...it may works.

Try uninstalling the AOSP Keyboard first.

Yes you can. After installation go to applications and standard applications. You can set Zen launcher there as standard

Then search google how to freeze/disable system App using ADB.
Disable system app and then you can set other launcher as default
