I think how to do is like always!? Unlock Bootloader over Huawei-site, Install TWRP over ADB, and after that Boot into TWRP and Install SU-ZIP!? But I also wait for confirmation if that here works on a Huawei Mate 10 lite before I try this!?

Are you enabled developer mode, enable usb debugging and did on unlock bootlader?

Yeah! Just enter the chinese website and translate everything to english. It worked for me and instead of making a new account I opened one with facebook.

Magisk modules won't make your phone significantly faster. You have to flash overclocked custom kernel (H-Kernel or Ares Cobalt for example), and some (free of bloat) custom rom to achieve that.
