MODDED GC COLLECTION (ARM32/64) (ARsticker magisk module) - Moto G5S Plus Themes, Apps, and Mods

Heyo guys ¡¡¡
--> First thing First - provided apps are built by and handled by respected developers mentioned below, purpose of this threat is to provide collection of all diff threads (Mods of Google Camera) in single thread.
> I tried few mods of GC (HDR+,ZSL, Smart Burst) which works with 32Bit stock and custom ROM
1# arm-arm64 with max quality JPEG - ((OK type))
‎
‎2# arm-arm64 with RAW support:- ((better one but colors are saturated on blue side))
‎
‎3# arm-arm64 with max param :- ((not good at all))
‎
‎4# arm-arm64 with Cam2API:- ((ok type))
> For 64Bit custom ROM try arnova's MGC 4.2, 5.0.16 or 5.0.18 those works best try recommended settings if it's provided, this app contains (HDR+, motion pics, ZSL, Smart burst) and arnova's build can be found in second and last link.
‎
--> And lastly for ARstickers there is magisk module ((works only for 64Bit ROM and needs to remove all moded GC before flashing this)) > updated link I prefer using v15E but u can use any of the version u like

Lil description :-
> All this apps are made and handled by other developers mentioned below (and apps can be laggy as this are ported)
> All this camera require is Camera2API enabled -
download any "build prop apk" from play store than add this line
Code:
persist.camera.HAL3.enable=1
Note :- Moto G5S plus supports Cam2API but for some it's not enabled by default so better check it first

Thanks in advise, in other post they said our stock system are 32bit, how would work? But I will give a shot!
Edit: Once more, is a version which is know for having suspicious malware https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/1...e6a71ecc3dc8c429431b2eb588eb7f72680/detection
Doesn't exist another version compatible with our moto without this alerts?

Ah yeah Moto g5s+ got arm32 and the link I provided which says "arm-arm64 = arm32-arm64" also if u wanna check any app which supports arm32 or 64 than use apk extractor or ES File manager to extract app than open extracted folder > lib > if it says armeabi-v7a means that 3bits if it's arm64-v8a than it's 64 bits most of the mods provided and made does supports 64 bits only cause newer Google camera version are mostly for 64bits and it gets easy for developers to Port it to other 64bit device
And as for virus I really don't know about that developers are from diff places and they r the one who are making this mods.......

Can you link an app from the play store that would do that? I don't see any ?
I removed the opengapps camera that came with it
I am trying to install the arm-arm64 one you linked
I have persist hal3 on
I'm running aex oreo
Thanks!
Edit; ok found an app to test api2. It says yes. So now, I still can't install the app. I used titanium to uninstall any google camera that was on the phone, but when I try to install the one you suggested for 3.2 it says it tries to upgrade from 4.2 and won't work.

first time opening the app will FC 90% of the time but after that it wont FC much often and dont switch btw camera and video to quickly that also causes it to get stuck and make OS reboot i hope B-S-G fix it in his next update

Thx!
In the line for activation hal3, take care that there are no spaces between the =
Otherwise it will not work.
It is worth testing, the pics are a lot better!

Well the value after = is put in the next column so basically you don't use = sign in the build prop

Remarkable, truly remarkable. This is just so bad I have to comment. Values in build.prop are entered on 1 line, with =, and no spaces. This is the value
persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1

Edit: absolute thank you for finding this though and making this recommendation.

Testing faze of Pixel experience is out (64Bit ROM) and arnova's GC 5.1.018 and 5.1.016 works best except video recording doesn't work, pics quality is lot better then stock camera even better than GC for 32bit motion photos works with some tweaks causes some FC but over all I kind of like 5.1 more than any of GC for 32Bits

[FIX] Google Camera HDR+ on Nougat ROMs

I am not responsible for exploding devices!! Nothing should go wrong, as this doesn't touch anything super-sensitive, but just in case...
Tested on Pure Nexus w/ Pure Nexus dynamic gapps. This should also work with Open GApps. (And I guess Fake Nexus, though I think the camera works well out-of-the-box on that one...?)
On (most?) current Nexus 5 Nougat ROMs, attempting to take a photo via Google Camera with HDR+ will just take a regular photo. (The included stock camera doesn't even have an HDR+ option!) The "fix" is to downgrade to an older version (2.8) of Google Camera.
Problem is, that's kind of annoying. In addition, the Play Store will keep trying to update it to the newest version unless you re-sign. Not good!
So I made a flashable zip! Just pop it onto your SD card, flash in TWRP, and the proper Google Camera will be installed, signed with a custom key to prevent the Play Store from updating it.
Enjoy!
NOTE: This does not fix the video recording issues, only the HDR+ not working. You still need to use stock camera for videos.
Changelog
11/30/2016 - Fix an extraction failure when the path to the zip has spaces, and fix the progress bar.
11/29/2016 - Fix stupid zip signing mistake.
11/28/2016 - Initial version.
Going to try it on Nitrogen OS
Yeah it's not actually a fix for the non working hdr+, it's just another workaround. But great for the people who need it! I just wouldn't call it fix for Google camera on nougar.

True. At the same time, a [WORKAROUND] tag isn't allowed, so that's why I used [FIX].

Sorry about that! I just updated the zip file again. I had made a mistake with regards to the way it was signed.
It should work now. If it doesn't, could you hit Copy Log inside the Advanced section of TWRP and then upload

No, it's 2.8. 4.2's HDR+ doesn't work on the Nexus 5 Nougat ROMs.
I uninstalled v4 . then flashed 3.2 and unchecked google camera automatic update from playstore ( right up corner) . why to downgrade to v2.8 if v3.2 also work?

Does not work on my Nexus 5 ABCrom_nexus_hammerhead-7.0-20161129.zip
As soon as I enable HDR+, the app force closes.
Could it be a conflict with the already installed camera?

This thread is created for sharing and discussing regarding good MODs for LE2.
Please share working MODs details in comments with MOD name and main link of MOD. Also mention if you have tested this on Nougat LE2 Roms. Also mention Incase if there are any issues or special steps to take care.
This would help everyone in exploring new MODs and sharing experiences.

Snapdragon Camera - Here is the better modded snap camera, that is working lot better than stock camera in our custom ROMs. Almost stable. Install APK.
- Front camera manual focus, front cam flash, video pause/resume, photo while video, 60/120fps slow motion video, panorama, hdr mode, beauty mode, scenes... Etc are tested and working fine.

Fix Camera issues in Custom ROMs based on Lineage OS. (most of the issues fixed, and most stable as of now)
One more updated camera snap apk. This is better than included one as many features are working except panorama mode. Front cam focus, filters...Etc work fine. Still earlier posted Snapdragon camera is better, but this would be easy to replace stock camera instead of new app.
- download attached snap.apk file.
- clear data of your camera app. And force stop.
- use esexplorer/rootbrowser to Copy above file to /system/priv-app/snap/ folder (replace existing one)
- go to properties of file and change permissions to rw_r__r__
- reboot to recovery and wipe delvik/cache and reboot system.

Using IR in Nougat ROMs.
Here is the working tested solution to use IR of Le2 to control devices.
Install third party app from google play store called "ZaZa remote"
Select your drvice make n model and use remote. Or create your own remote using DIY feature with your device remote.
This app is much better than stock eui IR remote app...
Enjoy.
Edit: selinux mode needs to be enforcing to get IR worked.

Note 4X: Enabling Camera API2 + 60FPS Recording?

Hi all.
I just got my 64GB MTK Nikel Redmi Note 4X. Bootloader unlocked, TWRP and SuperSU installed, running the latest Marshmallow MIUI 8.5.6.0
I'm trying to record in 60FPS. I've tried many different apps, and it seems that my main issue is that I don't have Camera API 2 enabled.
I've tried editing my build.prop by appending with the line:
persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1
And it doesn't work. I've also tried using Terminal Emulator with:
su
su persist.camera.HAL3.enabled 1
exit
exit
I've even tried flashing "Camera_2API_addon.zip" (from a mirror site, since that website's download links are down), as mentioned on this Russian forum:
http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=824680&st=80#entry62175288
When I run Open Camera and go to About, my Camera API just appears to be "Camera". This means that Camera API 2 was not activated.
I'm so stuck and frustrated here, and I seem to be the only person with this issue. Can anyone help me? I ultimately just want to be able to record 60FPS video.
I've even tried adding a modified media_profiles.xml file in /system/etc (the file did not already exist, strangely enough), and that didn't work either.
Am I having all these issues because I have a mediatek processor?
Thank you.

Thanks for reuploading those. While I'm sure those will help other people, I've just tried copying the media_profile.xml file to system/etc, chmodding the file to 644, and installed the app, and the app still crashes. Really thinking this is all because I have a Mediatek phone.

No camera blobs for Oreo because Xiaomi has yet to release Oreo kernel sources for this device. But some people have got it working, but they seem to having some coding background or maybe they're just really smart.
Camera2 API is already enabled by default on most custom ROMs. Just use Nougat if you need 60fps.

Works good for me so far. Turned on Auto Exposure and works nicely for me. The Stock Cam had over-exposure and kept on changing picture colors for me. Thanks for releasing this version.

that is right . i got apk , configs and change log from from https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-urnyx05/
Not working
Very slow & lgging
Not working correctly, still lags, already downloaded the apk and configs but still lags
Laggggggy
Thank you OP, but yeah like others said, incredibly laggy unless I turn off HDR. Moot point at any rate because it's not saving any photos. I did give it all permissions and loaded xml you linked.
Tip for gcam users: if you export settings, the app will create the correct folders for you so you know where to put the xml you want to import.
guys , for me also it is lagging . but this is the gcam 7+ which is working atleast .
unless any developer implements 'buffer fix for gcam ' ( google this ) , the ui will be laggy . we can follow @Urnyx05 gcam development in https://forum.xda-developers.com/app...nyx05-t3937515 or if @Arnova8G2 can help to implement this , it will be good .

I have seen a few people bring up the buffer fix, but it's like the OP never pays any mind to it... then released an update to fix stuff regarding LG phones but the buffer fix wasn't implemented...
Does the Gcam work on LG v40 with LineageOs 17.1 ?
So its not lagging when turn off hdr? And did astro work?

I think there is no reason to use GCAM if you don;t turn on HDR+.
