Google account forgotten after hard reset on z5c e5823 - Xperia Z5 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I need your help. For days I've been trying to access my Google Account that created my dad on the z5c. Since I did not remember the pin of the screen unlock I did a hard reset flashing the latest version downloaded by xperiafirm. But when I turned on, I was asked for my Google Account again. For days now I am trying to retrieve my password, but I can not do it. I read the same discussion on a z5, but there was no solution because it was assumed to be a stolen cell phone, the same thing that Google believes for mine I suppose...
Unfortunately, I passed the account I used on my xzp and done it, after which my father created another account on the z5c, leaving it unused for a couple of months. And now that I wanted to use it as a second phone I can not access it anymore. Is there any solution that you will not continue to try to unnecessarily restore your account from the Google page? Unfortunately they do not even have a telephone help, they only have a forum support center in which I keep saying that I must insist on trying to recover password ... I hope in a solution.

I don't get it... a full flash process is supposed to erase everything, so the prompt should ask you to sign-in or create a new account. Am I missing something ?

It asks to sign in with my account witch I'have forgotten password...

okay, but according to what you wrote, it seems that you're stuck at the prompt. If you can't create a new account, you are likely trying to access to a locked phone, meaning it might be stolen actually (and of course you probably did not flash it). If it is really yours, you can recover your password. Otherwise, nothing can help.

I apologize for my clarity. I'm trying to retrieve the password through the Google passes for several days, but with no results. The phone is mine, then given to my dad when i bought xz premium, he created this new account forgot the passwords and left for 3 or 4 months unused. Now I can not retrieve that password, although I'm always connected to the same WiFi network and I do not understand why Google does not recognize me as a proprietor, I tried to contact them in the forum where they do "help" but they tell me that l The only way is to endlessly try their questions

don't apologize, you're welcome. The fact is that, if you're not able to recover the password, nothing on the world would do a miracle. I'm sorry if you have some datas that you would get back, but the only solution for you is to create a new account. Don't waste your time trying to sign in.

Ahaha thank you bro :highfive:
No, the point is that I do not care about the data because there was nothing apart from music saved by my father. Also because before I gave it I reset the phone and then he created this new account. The point is, Google does not make me create a new account, but wants that created by my father.

If someone needs them, I've resolved doing the downgrade to Android 5 lollipop ?.

Android unlock-able phone HELP ):

Hello all,
I am sorry if I didn't do a throughout search but I needed help urgently..
and so...
I was playing with a friend's Hero's pattern lock, until it got locked till the extent whereby only inputting the gmail's account details were the only way to unlock it...
He tried to input the particulars, but they didn't work..
he was rather sure that the details were correct..
Anyone can provide any help to this?
Is there any way to "rollback" to the lock screen? I am sure my friend remembers the pattern... just that we couldn't go back ):
Or do we need some kind of internet connection to connect to verify for the account?
Anyone who have experience, I appreciate your help! (and everyone else)
Thanks!
is the phone rooted ? do you have access to the recovery menu ?
No I don't think so... my friend just recently got the phone and has done pretty much nothing other than installing apps from the app store...
He's a first time user of Android too... (so am I...)
Btw, recovery menu wise, do you mean the one whereby he holds a few of the buttons and on the device?
Yea, we managed to get there,
but didn't make any selections because there were some important messages inside the phone... and he doesn't want to hard reset his phone...
Any help? :/
Well if you are on the original stock rom that got shipped with the phone (I assume its 1.5), then I do remember a bug which didnt allow us to get through that menu. So we needed to do a hard reset.
If it has the 1. 5 Rom you can call the phone and disable the unlock pattern. You can do this by going into settings while the call is still being made.
Don't know if you're understanding this. This is the best way to explain.

I've done this a few times accidentally and the Google sign-in has always unlocked it.
Get him to log into his Gmail account on a PC to check his username and password, and then try the same details on the phone. If he's signed in with the correct user account then it should work if everything has been input correctly.
Also, when the phone tries to auto-complete his email address make sure it's correct... my phone always wanted to give me @Googlemail.com, however my email is @Gmail.com so I had to manually change it.
As for apps he has downloaded from the Market... if you do need to do a hard reset then he will be able to download everything again via the downloads tab in the Market app,
Also, any photos, mp3s etc stored on the SD will all still be there as the SD remains unaffected by a reset. The only thing he might loose is any contacts stored on the phone which are not sync'd with Google or saved on the SIM.

Multiple Google account on two SGS2

Hi guys, i have been using my google account only in my single device since last year, on HTC Desire and then on SGS2. this year I also have Asus Transformer. So overall is 3 device with my primary google account. Last week, i bought the i9100G version for my girlfriend, and accidently put my gmail account first and created her account. i cant remove my account without wiping that phone but we rarely meet due to hectic life so i dont have a chance to backup her stuff, and wiping it.
so my question is, if i changed my google/gmail account password, my phone and other devices will stop working with google synchronization isnt it? i need to login again on each device isnt it?
why i ask? if something were to happen, i dont want my girlfriend to open my account, cuz all of my credit card info is used to buy apps~~ and she has the option to use which account on the market to download her stuff. my purpose is to let her download my purchased apps, but not purchasing it by herself.
Yes it will work. IF you changed the password it will not sync in your girlfriend's mobile.

I can't give you a solid answer (though, would be interesting to know) but here's an idea:
Since you're using your Google account on multiple devices of your own, just change the password of it, and then try to access things from one of your other devices.
However the other device of your's will behave after the pwd change, your (ex?)GF's phone will do the very same.
Educated guess:
No access anymore after changing password.
Done. I need to re-enter my password on all of my devices after changing it.
I should have thought it before. Stupid me. Maybe cuz i cant think straight right now.
Thanks guys!

Did you setup a secondary email account and/or cell# when you setup your account?
If so, just go to gmail on the web and resest your password using one of those.
My wife set this up, but with no backup plan incase something like this happened. So now I'm stuck trying to get in
Short answer NO

Short answer No, this is one of the security features, otherwise anyone could change anyone's password.
Even if you want to take off the primary account you have to do a Factory reset. unless you have root.access With mobiles you have to treat it the same as your PC, Backup everything.
Sorry
Dang, this sucks. Ok, thanks. This phone has a sim card installed. Wonder if I could swap into another of the same phone and use that card to enter phone and get all information I need out before I factory reset...

seems possible if you are rooted and have a custom recovery.
Nah not rooted. Got in touch with Google and they put me in contact with the group they use for issues like this. A lot of useful info but there's nothing they can do because my wife only used the gmail to access the play store and nothing else. So basically we are sol and have to factory reset the phone. Gonna look through and find out how to do it
stop stealing phones
If it were stolen, I could just factory reset and get in. But maybe your little brain is too small to read and understand all of the words that I have written. But thanks for your useful tip!! :good:

[Q] Professional help needed to a multifaceted problem

A friend of mine told me to come to this website since it is the only one with professionals assisting people, so here I am. I was told to be exact, to provide as much information as I could so I hope you bear with me.
I just recently bought a Galaxy S3 from Amazon, Everything worked fine - and the phone is awesome. SamsungDive worked and there were no problems. Then comes the tinkering.
1. I rooted my phone, mostly for MarketEnabler. No problems, everything went successful. Files used:
- CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4
- Odin3 v1.85
Then I wanted to change my country to USA, to bypass purchasing blocks, and I read on the net that you needed to delete your Samsung account (which I now see was not necessary), which I did. Then I made a new one, which also was successful.
HOWEVER
After making the new account, now my SamsungDive doesn't work. New account and email address is set up, same with account in phone, which syncs without problem, but remote control doesn't work. I made sure that the location controls within the phone are correctly set up, and the account confirms it.
Can anyone tell me why my SamsungDive stopped working after root and Samsung account deletion?
Any help would be MOST appreciated. I'm a psychologist and I need to be able to lock my phone, regarding contacts and other sensitive data if I loose it.
Please assist!
****ADDED FOR CLARIFICATION****
The nature of it not working is that I always get "REGISTER YOUR MOBILE NOW", even though I've gone through and confirmed all the steps as working as they should work.

I had a similar problem. What I did to fix it was delete my Samsung account again, then wait 24 hours to re-create it.
This seemed to fix all the issues I was having and SamsungDive worked again.

Thanks for your response.
I used this method I found with search and it worked. Meant that I had to buy Titanium Backup, but it did not matter, I was so happy to get it fixed.

Samsung Account is needed - can't log in?

Hello everyone,
so few days ago my S6 Edge turned off by itself and after a restart, I couldn't unlock it with my Fingerprint.
So I did a factory reset.
Now, the phone accepts my Fingerprint, but this time it asks for a Samsung Account and I have no clue which Mail I used back in those days.
I contacted Samsung, proved them that I'm the owner of the device and then they told me that I have to pay a guy who will re-install the Software.
So my question is: If I "flash" the OFW of my device.. Will it bring it back to life? Or will it again ask for a Samsung Account?
Or is there any possibility to find out, which Mail I may used? Or what should I do now?
Thanks!
Depends. If you turned on reactivation lock then they will have to do it. If not a factory reset with wipe should be enough.
As a grown person you should take care of what addresses you sign up with really. Use keepass to store usernames and passwords if you forget.

Urgh, I guess the reactivation lock was turned on
But is there really no other possibility to do it by my own?

Yes, you're right, I should.. But unfortunately, due to stress and other, more important stuff, I forget things like these.. You know, be a student is really hard
Really no ideas ?
