hi after using the non pro mate 10 for while i noticed that the system get lags and slow .. and some apps like instagram or games like clash royal not working well some times like slow to open !
i cleared cash memory for the phone and remove the google store and services and re install them but same problem see videos for example .

Any idea why the black color is around these stickers it also happenes with the playstore , didn't find this problem any where else , using Jelly Xperia V7 ROM , if i flash that ROM again problem solves , but i'm curious to know , what has messed up the graphics.... as i have installed loads of apps and others things , if i install the data backup of CWM , again this black thingie comes.. -_- , help really appreciated

the same happened on the stock rom..
apparently the google play store 4.8.20 update is responsible..

is it??? then today whole day i spent finding the bug , and lastly made a fresh format and everything was fine , play store tooo , then i installed facebook and opened it and i opened the stickers tab! Damn again that black background appeared around stickers and then even playstore was affected! play store was fine till i opened stickers tab , even after opening FB app , so the culprit may be FB app or The Play Store update....

And then i removed all the traces of Playstore , and still FB had that messy Black thing instead of shadow , again i flashed G apps everything was quite fine until i opened facebook stickers tab and then playstore was affected....

I couldn't be able to download any app through mobile data any more .. i used 3g/4g network all things working fine browsing social networking etc. But when i try to downlaod an app from play store it shows error 495 ... I downloaded 1mobile market for checking if there was general problam or Play store error .. And 1mobile market working fine on mobile data .. I done every thing reset all setting uninstall updates of play store but still problam is there .. Plz someone help me

Also, are you using any ad blocking apps? Sometimes when the hosts file has been modified, there will be Play Store issues.

Brother i done everything what mention in the link u give only 1thing left and that was hard reset .. But i have one issue .. I played some games like fifa 15 and asphalt 8 on my G2 and if i reset my phone i will lost all my progress .. What can i do ??
Maybe you set up your mobile phone can't download in mobile data

That sucks. Last time that happened, I removed the account, rebooted, and re-added the account and it worked fine. Phones have a mind of their own sometimes, I swear. lol But as far as the games, both appear to have cloud saving functions.

So here I was getting ready to flash another ROM, when I just noticed I can't get any of the games to log in to Google+/Play games, so I could cloud save my progress. On Real Racing 3 it just disappears after loading a bit, while Asphalt 8 manages to give me a 'cannot connect error'. I had logged in with both of these games previously. I've tried an older version of Play Games, tried without it, uninstalled a bunch of other Google apps, hell I even deleted Google Play services data. What else? It's absolutely annoying and I cannot find any solutions.
I don't want to be dealing with these things right now..
EDIT: CM11 if that makes any difference.

You can backup your apps data with Titanium Backup, you'll find information about it here.

Yeah, I did that. Also saved a bunch of app files manually in case TB doesn't work.
force close google play services
uninstall updates of google play services
clear data of google play services
reboot ur device
ta da it fixed

Good day my fellow humans, i have a problem with my phone. When opening the Google play games app, all the pages within it are blank. If i go to the 'my games' tab, it'll just show a spinning blue circle forever and ever. When launching a game such as simcity buildit (which i spent months on), the game starts of as if I've never played it before. If i press connect to google within the settings, it'll do nothing at all. it is like my Google play games app is completely dead. I've factory reset the phone twice, I've reinstalled the entire OS twice and still i get the same problem. However, i do have bluestacks on the PC and my Google play games account works perfectly fine. My COD heroes base is there, my simcity base is there, the Google play games app launches fine. I even tried it on a different android phone and it retrieved my saves and launched Google games app just fine. Also, i have provided 3 screenshots of what the problem looks like.
Any solution?

i have had the phone for 2 days so far. I installed all the updates and did a factory reset before using it. So far no app has crashed on me (i have used instagram a few times, but not the others you mentioned)
What version mha-l29? C636? C432?
