Very happy with my Amazfit Pace, US version, update to 1.3.5
But a function make me crazy : Sport Trail
I need it to my MTB's ride, very usefull to explore new routes.
But i have a problem with it, all GPX files i create and use are unusable (deformed route)....
After many search, discussion with Amazfit support, i try to flash rom (china rom, PaceFied Rom...) but always same result, so i come back to US rom, and today after a discussion with a member of Amazfit Facebook group, i find a very curious thing....
Fixed with rom update - 1.3.6d english version - Thanks to huami developpers team! :good::good:
If i create a gpx file distant from my location, it is working, example:

But when i want use it it appears deformed, unusable
So what is the problem? So curious....
Just a problem with my zone location on sport Trail function (no luck in that case!)

I use GPX file as well, but I made them with a webpage and ... and works very well on Amazfit Pace, try with a web page in your language.

I have another suggestion: could you please do a walk or run in your region, so that you receive a track afterwards. Then, choose this track to follow (as a gox file) and see, if it also looks weird .....

everything looks fine to me.
where do your GPX files come from ?

Hello, in fact it is a "regional" problem, if i use a gpx for another region it is working, but all gpx ( inclued these recorded by watch itself) located in my region are unusable, deformed. I try with a friend and his amazfit, same thing... So definitively a region bug.
Amazfit support knows it, they tell me a fix will come... Wait and see...
hello David, I did a track around Lussagnet using mymaps (google) that looks like yours. I exported it as a kmz file (no other option) then converted it into gpx...
I transfered it to the watch.... and it looks normal.

Try to do a track around Saint Étienne-Loire... It appears deformed in this région.

Great work - as always!
I find with this build, WiFi networking is a lot faster for downloading apps from the MarketPlace. However, two key things don't work for me:
1. GPS - if you install GPSInfo - you will see that although you think GPS is working, actually it is A-GPS from GSM triangulation - so no height and location only accurate to 350 metres.
2. SMS - I can receive them - but I can't send. I have tried resets, running the HTC setup, all formats of SMS Centre numbers, turning 3G off, all formats of sending numbers etc - but nothing. So if anyone has got SMS working on the Virgin network in the UK - I would be grateful if you could tell us how you did it.

Windows7Phone sold at Japan is only 1 model.
There is also no schedule put on the market.
no Nokia, no HTC, no Samsung.
There are few wp7 users.
They also have little information.
We don't have development skill.
I touch wp7 for the first time by tg01, and think that I will import Nokia.
I hope to be able to return your kindness some day.

hi, i need a little help, i folow your instructions, but at the end no wp7, no boot, nothing just black screen.
Pressing power i have green led.
Presing camera+ power i have blue led.
At second step i remember i get a error checksum failed or something, please what to do next?
This is the latest version which I managed to obtain, however this still failed to be sync through Samsung Account for non-Samsung devices. I'm using Moto G to connect to my Gear Fit and it still failed to get any fitness data reading from my Gear Fit to this app.

Unfortunately, it won't sync with Samsung account as well. It's most likely happened after the latest update on the 1-st of September. I'm looking forward to a fix from Samsung.
i have this version, and before 1st september, i cannot sync my account. Since, its working well.
but no visible changes in this version (as usual with samsung)
I reinstalled FWG several times. But nothing helped. I'm afraid that the only way out to make full reset for Gear. Or possibly Samsung will make a fix at last.

Wait for what fix? Synchronization with Fitness with Gear is working. You need to be on stock ROM. And do not mess up with KNOX apps. KNOX must be there and do not modify build.prop. This had been working on my S4 and GF almost 5 months.

Of course not. You need Samsung account sync also. I don't need fitness info, because GF is not good for this. :good:
I'd like to be able to sync my sleep and pedometer readings. Is there another way? I was able to get samsung account working but the app still won't sync. It actually does pull down my old stats from my Note 3 days but won't update with current GF data.

1. Install latest official Gear Fit Manager from XDA forum thread - Gear Fit Manager: v1.88.090122
2. Upgrade Fit with the firmware embedded in APK
and then launch the app and sync - kudos!! you'll have all the data
How can i upgrade the firmware? I've installed the latest apk from the thread but i was already on latest version of fit manager
if i do the fw upgrade i could lost the data on the gear fit?

The issue is between Fitness with Gear Client and Server. I don't think that firmware upgrade or fit manager upgrade would help. GF is able to sync with Fitness with Gear Client quite well but the sync won't work with the server, not the client. So again I don't think that firmware upgrade can do anything with the issue.
I have the latest both fit manager and firmware but synchronization with server still don't work.

I tried and it didn't work for me.
Since than (yesterday) the sync won't work at all. Before at least the App-Chart Sleep hourly did work. (as the only think working)
What got the Gear Fit and the new IPhone in common?

so i ve pushed the apk of the version i have on my sony to my v10, and live doesn t show up, any idea why?

Is there a way to broadcast in HD with the V10? When I broadcast on Facebook Live the HD box is greyed out. Even on Periscope the video don't seem to be HD. This is via WiFi and Mobile.

It's June 14th, 2016 and I STILL don't have Facebook Live! I still have the old Status screen and no live option. Everyone around me, even those with older phones have it, with OLDER versions of Facebook. I have the newest version of Facebook and still no Live.
Considering deleting the Facebook App all together until either LG or Google can get with the program.

First of all sorry for my english (I'm french) I'll do my best to be the most clearest as possible.
I just bough this nice phone from Oppo. In the past I was already on XDA for multiples smartphones including the Oppo Find 7.
because the phone is recently coming out I can't find a lot of informations I need. And most part of the joke, I don't speak chineese.
All that to say, I want to start sharing my experience on it, week after week with you guys. And maybe finding some of you speaking chineese and get some good advices and tricks. First to say, the OS is 50% cool and 50% tricky. Let me explain.
CONTACTS :
Before thinking your contacts are synchronise with your gmail account, creat just one to make sure to select the good "Storage Location"
The location won't change after that if you don't change it.
RINGTONES :
Originals ringtones are pretty nice, but if you'r like me and you enjoy to make your own this is kind of tricky.
Exemple : In the first screenshot you can see a ringtone I just download from "zedge"
BUT
If I go to Settings -> Sound & Vibration -> Ringtone -> Select From Files. I'll not be able to find my file. So I choose to use directly "zedge" for that.
CAMERA :
I know on previous version of ColorOS I was able to add some features/effects on the camera. But on this new version, there is no camera setting menu.
You can just take a picture, use some filters and that's all. Maybe using the Oppo App Store it's possible but like I say at the beginning I don't understand chineese. On the picture you can see the "beauty mode" is active by the AI but there is 6 more slots that I don't know how to use.
VOCAL ASSISTANT & WEB BROWSER :
I just understand a thing, when you are using "Google search" you have your favorites news just under the search bar. Even you selected "Chrome" as your default web-browser if you clic on one of them the OS will automaticly open it with this damn native navigator.
The voice assistant is just make me mad on this phone. You can't desactivated ! About this important part of my post, I'll be glad to understand what is writing on this screenshot I took, it's the setting of the voice assistant app.
And the most craziest thing, he block the "Ok Google" from the "Google" app :silly:
That's my first post on this subject. Hope to chat about more with you, if you have any ideas, questions, feedback.

I'm a proud Oppo r15 user from Brazil. (Not so proud, actually )
I looove those Chinese screens here and there! No. I don't. They make me feel helpless. Even though I thought of myself as a language enthusiast, learning Chinese is nowhere near my agenda.
I'm thinking for now to use this Chinese version of colorOS for a year (in order to keep my warranty) and then change it to something else. But if it makes me really mad, I'll sacrifice the warranty and install a custom ROM...
For example, right now I'm trying to register an oppo account. The screen I'm seeing is all in Chinese.
Let's fight this Chinese problem together!

Oppo R15 Pro owner from Australia here - have just made my first post to these forums asking for an Oppo R15 Pro forum to be created - not sure if it will happen but time will tell I guess.
Hopefully we start seeing a lot more information relating to these particular phones shortly.
I am going to see if I can figure out how to send a PM to you right now to ask you a question - I hope you don't mind.
I'm oppo r15 user from china, I actually don't like the coloros system but I think some of the problems can be solver by using ADB commands, if you're interested you can ask me anytime.
Another Aussie R15 owner checking in too.....
R15 owner in Aus. Shame there isn't a community for it. I'm not a fan of ColorOS but the phone is great.
Another Aussie owner of the Oppo R15 Pro, didn't like the launcher and went with Buzz Launcher, highly configurable to whatever you prefer. Worth a try_ cheers !!
Oppo ID register problem
Hi, I am Chinese user who lives in Spain. I bought the Oppo R15 Pro from China so the version is in Chinese. I wanted to register to Oppo ID, but I can't because I need a Chinese phone number. As a result, I can't change the design of the screen (theme) nor download some apps. So I would like some help . Is there any solution for creating an Oppo id been in Spain or change the language to Spanish?

Did anyone tried flashing any custom rom on OPPO R15 Pro. I stay in Australia and the COLOR OS 5 really sucks.
Can someone tell me how to flash custom rom ?

I haven't, but ColorOS 6.0 just got released and it's way better!
I heard it was set to release on the 17th internationally. Has anyone received the update?
Writing from Spain and here 4 days since I received Color OS 7 on time. Great great improvement, try to check the update manually.
I've been checking everyday, no luck yet
I also heard last Friday, I've also been checking daily - still nothing!
Got SIM free in UK.

My phone are oppo reno 2, i using the app, location Spain, and nothing, no update.

No mention of Australia so I used a VPN (India) and set my location to India.
What a difference 10 makes! Love dark mode

I've also got an update to Android 10, but it's stuck at 10% of installation and after the reboot there is still Android 9. Any ideas?
The same problem, 15 sec, and reboot without update. Still android 9..

Any negatives going this route, i too could open up the trial version just by using a mock location app and region switch to India...just hesitant will this update be specific to india.?.
Did it install that Indian pay app?
Just a quick back story...
I just came from Oxygen OS (Oneplus 6) so was under whelmed when I first saw Color OS. So I only had the phone a day before attempting this. I have no history with this OS but after the update it has a completely different app lay out and is rock solid.
Google Pay is same as ever and there is nothing to identify that this update came from India or any other country...
I've updated to ColorOS 7 using the VPN-App "Windscribe". It's for free, but you have to register an eMail-Address, because without it only has a data volume of 2GB per month and that's too little for the over 3GB Android 10 Update. After registering an eMail-Address you have 10GB to disposal.
I loaded ColorOS 7 from a Swiss server over mobile data, because I don't have WIFI at home, but I have a tariff with very much data volume from my provider, so no problem...
ColorOS 7 ist awesome. I love the Dark Mode, but I ask how to add themes to the theme store. After changing to an other preinstalled theme, there is only the default system theme available.
