I know we can Google translate to get the English translation, but when posting on an international forum you should really post your questions and answers in English yourself.
Do a factory reset after you flash a new rom.
If the screen keeps black for more than a couple of minutes you may need to wipe out user data doing a factory reset.
You may also try to do a simple power off/power on.
You should note that as stated in #1 post from dexter it may take some time to first boot the device after a new firmware being uploaded to the tablet, so please give it some time to finish booting.
PS: please use google translate or similiar, and try to post in english. You can always add the same question in french in case you have doubts about the translated text. Most people will ignore your post as they don't understand french. I will gladly answer you in french, portuguese or spanish, as lived there for some time, but I'm glad I can practice my english here. Most people are kind enough to ignore my misspells and grammatical mistakes, why don't you give it a try

Bonjour, j'ai un mi10 chinois avec MIUI 12 12.2.2.0, je ne sais pas pourquoi je n'arrive pas à démarrer normalement. Je suis toujours en fastboot. Le redemarrage normal par les boutons ne repond pas, mais les boutons power et volume ne semblent pas avoir de probleme. Je n'arrive a démarrer qu'en adb fastboot minimal fastboot reboot bootloader, fastboot continue. Le telephone démarre normalement. Une idée c est incompréhensible ? merci à toutes et tous de votre attention
