Here Is The Google Camera Mod For Our Device. This Camera Is Specially Modified By Me For The Rounded Icon & Properly Running With Our Device. I Tested It On Asus Zenfone 2 Laser And Every Thing Is Working Perfectly.
What's Working:
-Photo.
-Video Recording.(Only on 720p)
-Lens Blur.
-Panorama.
-Photo Sphere.
-HDR+.
What's Not Working:

HIT THE THANKS BUTTON IF YOU LIKE IT
**SETTING UP THINGS**1.Install The Camera As A Normal Apk,
2.Open The App & Allow All The Permissions,
3.Then Don't Swipe Right(It Will Crash The Camera) Just Click A Picture,
4.Then Go To Camera Settings>Resolution & Quality And Set The Back & Front Camera Video Recording To 720p,
5.Now You Done...

Try 720p for video its working for me.

Don't swipe left....just open cam, click a pic then go to settings and set video resolution to 720p

It will not save pics to microSD....You have to move them manually

Can you fix a few Bugs for me in the thread which I gave you the SamsungCamer3.apk? Here is the bugs I need fixed:
1. Remove Selective Focus.
2. Fix the layout.
3. Fix the bug when you tap record video, Camera FC.
4. Remove the back camera, front camera and video recording resolutions that don't work on our phone.
5. Fix the bug when you change resolution to a lower one, Camera FC. @rrgrrg @adityapal

Also, I found a bug. When I switch to the front camera, the picture size is strange and when I try to change the picture size from the settings, the camera app crashes and then I have to go and delete data/cache for it to open again.

Pic quality is best i had from this device, better than EUI.
Little unstable, but fully usable.

Not working, it save one pic, like photo camera and sound is recorded.
Didn't test on front camera.
Blur mode is working
Panorama didn't test.
I need it only for normal pics and for this is great.
Also always liked blur mode.
For video i'm using footej, have it installed only because of video.

Now if someone can fix video recording and maybe it can be stock camera, like they do on le max 2 on some unofficial roms. Video recording was also problem on le max 2, but developer fixed this very easy, hope that our great @DarknessKiller, @codeworkx, @Lakku, @Rishabh Rao etc.. can fix this, we finally have really, really good camera on nougat.
Latest 1.3 version has lot of developers options, new option in settings which can be marked one by one. maybe is useful if someone wants to play...

Face retouching is for selfie camera, it doesn't work for me, it capture photo, but does not do any post-processing.
Hdr is for main camera.

Test them they work... Save you original file and then apply this one with the permission and wipe Camara data from settings
I am not rooted,it is good to know if we have some extra benefits before rooting what about bokeh in portrait mode? Or more sharpness when taking live focus with tele lens? Thanks

That's not entirely true.
Installed 7.0
2 things not working on Pixel 2 XL on Android 10 that I found are;
No options for nightsight infinity etc.
No recordings made when you hold camera button to take video.
Other than that all seems stable.

Same here except that not only does no video get saved when holding down the camera button to record, but in my case, somewhere between 3-5 seconds it crashes every time.

If you put the pictures setting to HDR+ it won't crash but again it won't record video from the camera app. Any other settings it crashes

I installed this version and didn't knew it would replace the normal pixel 2 xl gcam.
How do I revert this? And install the stock pixel 2 xl version again?

Gcam sees it as a actual update. Go to the play store, search Google camera and uninstall. Afterwards, you'll notice there's a update. Update the camera you're good to go.
also it makes the resolution to 8mp for main cam and 4mp for front cam.

Just tried with full res. looks like a definite improvement. The ISO levels for night sight is less than that on 6.3 ver. Hopefully we will get a dedicated updated more polished one when pixel 4xl releases

I believe all 16:9 defaults to a lower resolution so it's not a bug it seems.
