Hi all,
I'm having issues with short battery life on the S5. I'm getting 5-6 hours tops. I've replaced the battery several times without resolve. I've heard this is possibly baseband related? I'm on G900TUVU1GQC2... what would be the latest version?

I m experiencing battery drain lately
I have tried several different rom but all are the same.
Is there any reason why i m having this problem.
Is there any rom that u guys suggest me to use just to ensure that the battery drain is not because of my battery.
I think the battery might not be the reason for the heavy battery drain because my phone is only 2 months and the battery is well taken cared.

Have you tried the app "BetterBatteryStats" to verify wakelocks or points of drain?
Without some specific info, there's not much we can do to help I guess.
I only have a huge drain with the stock firmware from Samsung. I'm running CM10 now and that's not giving me any drain issues. Put the phone on charge just now after 38 hours.

Not sure if anyone is exprience this problem.
My battery completly drains a second after it says is at 40%.
I've installed several ROMS (Cianogenmod 10, toldo's, official) to see if it was a ROM problem. No luck. I'm current in toldos's v7
Installed several Kernels, No luck. Actually i'm with A1 kernel
Tried several battery calibration aplicacions apps. No luck.
Problem presists.
It`s not that the battery drains fast, is that everything goes oK till battery reaches a point below 40% and the next second it says it only has 2% or 1% and can stay there for some time (even two hours sometimes.
Anyone has any idea what could be happening, because i don't think is a battery problem.

Recently I've been experiencing battery drain issues which hasn't occurred before. When I first got the phone I can go through the day with about 60% of the battery left at around 11pm when I plug it in, but now I have to plug it in at around 8, with 5% battery left. At the moment I'm using omega v43.2, I don't think its the rom's problem because I've tried switching roms and it didn't help.
Does anyone have a solution to this battery issue?

I always wondered about why I have to wipe my Optimus 2x' battery stats every few days or weeks in all custom roms I tried. I assumed this would be a device specific problem, because nobody else seemed to have this problem.
If I didn't do that, the battery got really bad and didn't even last for one day.
Now I installed the Color Rom on my Oppo Find 5 and had a very good battery life in the beginning (almost 2 days, heavy use). I completely charged and discharged it 4 times and then charged it at around 30% 3 times. Now the battery life is very bad, it only lasts one day under slight use.
I always charge it over night. May that be the reason?
My phone battery life has been very unusual these past few months. It charges too quickly on 400:700 mA currency. The phone just gains +10% in under a minute. And the phone shuts down too quickly too. Can't get through an average day anymore on my usual custom roms. It's not a rom particular issue since I've tried multiple including flashing miui and still getting very bad battery life. Phone shuts down at 20:30% and the phone doesn't even last 3 hours.
What should I do?
Seems like your battery is done for. Exchanging it with a new one would probably be your best bet.
