I recently purchased a LG g5 but to my dismay it was a Korean variety. I purchased a used phone online and the person sent me the phone. I tried to open it but everything is in Korean. can I change the rom like the international g5 and make it English suitable for me?

Found solution
Search on YouTube a tutorial from f0il he used another of phone but works on lg G5 also. Got workaround to enable the unknown sources which I could install apk to bypass frp and factory reset the phone. Big thumbs up for f0il.

I'm using korean version, f700l and waiting for cm14.1 and any other roms
You cant unlock f700l am using the same model frp lock and bootloader is totally different.

i need some help. Sry for my english, i am from austria
a friend bricked his H850 by flashing a bootloader from the RS988.
now the phone refuses the USB-Module.
"Insert a supported module to turn on your phone"
I figured out that there are two different versions of this module. a GL and a NA version.
The H850 seems to have the GL and the RS988 the NA version.
I have already ordered a NA-Module from china, maybe i am able to enter download mode with it.
What else can i try if this does not work ?
I like the G5 and he will give it to me when i am able to repair it
He said that the USB-OTG function no longer works since the Nougat update.
Is there anyone who can confirm that?

Hi everybody. I am come from Viet Nam. Yesterday, I bought a LG G8x, it came from china. So, I can"t use any app from google, such as gmail, play store, ... I have tryed to install google framework, google account manager, google service, ... but it still not work.
The information of my phone:
- Sofware: v10a-CNO-CN
- Imei: 354173....0000
- Android: 9
- Model: LM-G850FMW
Can somebody help me to install google service in my phone. Thanks for all your support.

Good. I bought a huwei y6 2019 with a broken screen and started to repair it. After the hard reset I find that he has a google account and I can't remove it. The model is the mrd lx3.
