Hey guys.
Since there aren't any marshmallow or nougat rom for galaxy light I would like to port one.
Galaxy s3 and galaxy light has many hardware similarities so I think it would be not much hard porting galaxy s3's lineage os to galaxy light. But since I don't have much knowledge I would appreciate it if any experienced rom ported could give me some suggestions.

I'm interested in getting a galaxy s3.
I want ICS apps from the galaxy nexus but don't want to use the CM9 or AOKP yet as those rom do not offer the functionality that the galaxy s3 is supposed to have.
Anyway, I want 'Phone', 'Contact' and 'Message' app from the galaxy nexus.
Is it possible? If it is please let me know how to!
everyone, this is what leads me to: our phone (gs3) with very little difference with Note2, I was wondering if it was possible to use it with the apk note2 namely S-Note. I use very often a capacitive stylus with my s3 and I would like to go further with. I am currently in JB with my GS3. I tried to fonctioner S-Note Version ICS but the application does not start at all.
Is there a project porting the ROM S3 S2?? Or is there a solution to run SNOTE? as well as the new Note 2 on S3?

s note was on the gs3 when it first came out, can't remember when they removed it tbh
I wanted to experiment and put cm-11 on my AT&T galaxy s3 sgh-i747. I was led to the d2lte.zip for a US galaxy s3 but after seen the d2att.zip for the galaxy s3 AT&T.. Can I use either?. Would one work better than the other?. Or is there something better that I should try as its not that stable right now. Any help or advice would be awesome..

Since Lollipop was released to the Galaxy Alpha, would it be possible to port the rom over to the Galaxy Light? It would be cool to have Touchwiz's Lollipop on the phone.
I have been a Samsung Galaxy user for a while and I enjoyed Galaxy Enhance X a lot! But I flased PE13 Custom rom andy device doesn't count as a Galaxy app rn, so this cool all won't work, is there is a work around so we can run it on a non Galaxy device?
