No, there's no TWRP for Mate 10 Pro or non Pro.

I also need it.

Maybe there will be some development for the Honor View 10 that we could also take advantage from.

Is that phone related? I'm holding off on unlocking my bootloader until we have proper TWRP working. I sure as heck am not going to pay $30 every time I brick my phone.

Yes, they have a lot in common. Same CPU, same OS at launch (so maybe same partitioning) and usually Honor has Open Kirin support. I guess time will tell.

Multiple roms?

Is it possible to have multible roms installed in honor 7? I mean like that i can switch roms when i want?
Other devices support multirom but not this one. No one developed that yet and I doubt it would ever exist.

LOL
How many Roms are available anyway to want two of them?!!
We still couldn't get a fully custom Rom till now and probably for months to come .

I managed to install it with rom manageri lite. But sadly i cant switch it on with reboot. There is icon to open it.

Mess a lot with that and you will get a nice bootloop. I´ve told you, not supported and even no 3rd party ROMs to justify it.
You might want to check Nexus or OnePlus devices.
until the honor 7 gets a custom ROM, you shouldn't mess with ROM Manager.
Honor 7 have custom ROMs, at least 4, but still multirom has to be specific to the device.

Some have custom kernel so I don't see why they're not custom ROMs.

It's not pointless, it comes down to each one's preference. It's just not supported.
Even from a conceptual point of view could have interest to some.

Even if someone would like to have a rooted and a unrooted ROMs it would make sense, but not very practical.

its not about the model number, t think its about hardware,
but i strongly suggest not to change your model number, do not even try to do it.. because few members got their imei lost due to this..

The band support is a hardware thing, there maybe a tutorial out there to unlock some bands on qualqom devices but I don't recommend it, and unless you want to lose your imei I strongly advice you not to flash other variants' firmwares

probably with next update. 8.0.0.141 and above has it. it just needs time to get vertified and delivered by ota. you can force update by firmware finder but be careful with "unofficial" updates.
already have it, 137 C636

Getting fed up with how slow these updates are. I'm still on 131 on my UK SIM free single SIM phone.
Been hanging on to see if the faceunlock is any good and if the other issues get fixed. I'm torn between the mate 10 pro and OnePlus 6. I have both and have been using the OnePlus more at the moment as it has the things that the mate 10 is missing at the moment though screen and design wise I'm edging to the 10, just not with the current problems

why is that low sot

I wonder if is that a heavy usage or not. I believe its not tho. My phone is running ALP-L29C185B132. I think it wasn't a case when it was running B131.

You need to check every app and system stuff there what takes a lot, bad signal this and that. You can't just look at this "chart" to see and tell it's bad
Also how much total time do you have

Im not sure im charged the phone and i believe this will be ok with new updates. Because everything is the same mate and mate 10 pro. Gap between those cannot be that much. Im trying to rebrand to C432 but i afraid because it seem hard and i dont want to pay to tools. And why did you rooted your phone? Don't you like being under huawei guarantee?

I still have warranty I live in Germany, that's totally different here as long as you didn't **** it up on your own, like rebrand and brick we still have warranty here.
Better not rebrand it, either do factory reset or wait for updates or check which apps are there draining much more.
Also root is essential for me on any phone

No OEM unlock option in T-Mobile Samsung S9+?

I have a T-Mobile s9+ and for the life of me, I cannot get the OEM unlock button to show in Dev options. I've had my phone for over the 7 days, as I saw you need. I've even tried doing the "change the date manually and restart" trick and no luck.
Is there no option for the T-Mobile version of this phone and it's already OEM unlocked? Can I just go ahead and root my phone without issue? Or do I need to get that button before I can go ahead and root/install a new rom?
If you have the G965U, no you will not be able to unlock the boot loader.. My oppinon, is when all manufactures were done stealing ideas from dev's live here on XDA.. They decided they did not need them anymore and locked the phones down.

You can root, but it comes with big downsides. Search for Extreme Syndicate S9 root here in XDA and you can read all about it.

I mean the good thing about this method is that it doesn't unlock bootloader, so it doesn't trip knox. The bad thing about not unlocking bootloader is that you can't install custom kernels or recoveries.
