When i'm flashing a OnePart Firmware over my Rooted Firmware and do a Wipe, Root and CWM are gone and it looks like new. Right?

Yes if its full firmware it wipes rooted kernel .

Xtheme doesn't work and results in a Bootloop.
Is it possible to activate the Layer Support?

Install app says its compatible see pic , can't test as don't have anything to test with.

Very easy to root this phone , see thread in section, so long as you have a PC, simply use the flash too to flash twrp recovery then flash super su and your sorted , 2 mins work..worth it

Wrong place and multirom is not easy for poco needs a lot of efforts to get it working

Multiple users are allowed in Pie.
I can't find them in the Settings (havoc)

In my ROM, SnapDragon Pie, it is available under Settings→System→Multiple Users.
